- Communicating with the host was rather difficult, as he did not speak English.
- Steep stairs to the room, with luggage was quite hard to go up.
- The staff can't speak a single word of english so it gets difficult to communicate if you don't speak bulgarian. But it's not that much of an issue since there isn't a reception and a proper check-in process (the reception desk is literally the cashdesk of a minimarket on the ground floor). They charge you 5 lv for the wifi.

We were looking for a place to stay a night on our way from Rila to Rhodopi and this place was exactly what we needed. Very clean, big room with big bad and a sofa. The hist was friendly and helpful.
They gave me the biggest room even though I paid for a normal one, just because it was empty - 3 beds, a big sofa, big balcony and a private bathoroom + tv and air conditioning/heater. Everything was extremely clean (and it's very hard to find that in Bulgaria if you want something cheap). The staff was very kind.
