Park Hotel Ribaritsa

The view was really unique. You are surrounded by woods and mountains and you are amongst the nature. You have a cell tower near by, so the internet on our phones was very quick due to the excellent reception. The woman who was a receptionist was truly great. The rooms were very cozy and the fact they all have balcony is huge plus. The gardens in the hotel are well mentioned and there a lot of places you could take a walk.

There was broken glass in the bathroom that was not cleaned. That is unacceptable and very dangerous!!!! The food in the restaurant was not very good. The breakfast was really poor and there was no choice. The rooms are not soundproof as they claim in the site. The beds in some rooms are old and do not seem stable. There are a lot of stairs everywhere, so not suitable for very old people with problems in the knees.

We like the location, staff was very friendly and responsive, the nature around, waiters in the restaurant were very good, ordered and prepared food for lunch and dinner was very tasty (congrats to the chef), swimming pool was top and clean.

It is a beautiful place in the heart of Stara planina with nice pool and friendly staff. We were there in August, so the pool was the focus of the daily activities. On site there is a nice restaurant as well as many more in the near vicinity.

The restaurant was understaffed, so the wait time was almost an hour for the meal to be prepared

The room is clean and has a nice balcony with a mountain view.

I like the fact that the room was very clean.

I didnt like the quality of the food. My side salad had was not washed at all. The breakfast was 3 fried slices of bread that were made at least 2 hours before we had them (how hard it is to make them on the spot?!) with a small piece ok jam that wasnt enough for 3 slices of bread and a bit of cheese.

Stuff was nice and friendly. Room had nice view to the mountain. Pool was rather large and clean, Service was fast enough, friendly as well in the restaurant and the food was delicious. Wasn't expensive at all. Don't understand why people said it's expensive and the service slow. We had two dinners and lunch there, all good. I guess some people expect free lunch and dinner.

It would be better if the lights in the hotel property are turned on in the evening as it's really dark outside and no walk around is possible after dinner. We had to go to the car and it was really hard as it was pitch black.

Wonderful location, very polite people working there.

Quite uncomfortable old mattresses that were so squeaky that they woke me up and my partner, every time one of us turned around or moved. Overall quite noisy - from the heating system and the plumbing and mostly the beds.

The pool is great.

When we went into the room the toilet was broken-the water of toilet seat doesn't work. Yes-when we complained about the problem from the reception sent a man to fix it, but till the end of our stay doesn't work. At a time of pandemic, and not only that, it is unacceptable.

The pool and the room were clean and renewed. The tennis court was really good. The view is spectacular.

The restaurant wasn't as good as I expected. The breakfast was quite poor.

Cleanliness was excellent! Facilities comfortable, pool and view were breath-taking!

My only downside was that the sheets on the mattresses kept on sliding and tangling throughout the night - all 4 guests experienced this.

Very noisy rooms.Can hear TV and conversations from other room.Very bad organization in the restaurant(wait 40 minutes for salads , and 30 minutes to find a waitress to pay the bill).Not recomended.

Nice and quiet surroundings. Beautiful nature. The staff is very friendly, polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant is good.

We booked a deluxe room but in fact it was not even basic. The description of the room is deceiving. There are no flat TV, walk-in shower, hair-drier, air-condition. The bathroom was tiny, the holder of the shower was broken, the sink is put a little bit over knee-high and very uncomfortable to use, the lid of the toilet seat kept falling down and we had to tie it with a string. The TV was very small with bad picture and sound. The beds are narrow and short and the pillows are too thin. There was only one socket in the room that could be used for charging phones/cameras. There is no Wi-fi in the room. Breakfast was scarce.
