Nightmare!

The worst place we have ever been!Worst staff I've ever met.A rude receptionist who yelled at us.They tried to cheat us. Did not want to give us the room we paid for, without AC etc (see the pictures enclosed). The receptionist lied to us, was very aggressive and we were just a step from call the police. Bathroom without any curtain (water everywhere), rusty shower. Never again!

The proposed was not Sauna available. Watercolor shower was cold. In the night i heard a lot of noise from outside.

Liked the friendly staff, room size , location, restaurant.

This hotel advertised the pool, but it wasn’t functional.

Location for us was ok.

No clean at all. We left,we didn't stay.

Worst experience I had since I use Booking.com . The smell of the hotel, dirt in the room , all employees smoking in the reception and restaurant, no one was prepared for the arrival, the computer was turned off, all employees were kind of drunk. The only good thing was that it had hot water and the sheets looked clean.

Nothing. It was a complete disaster.

I have stayed in several different kinds of accommodations, including youth hostels and homestays in the Far East, but this was the worst experience ever. The staff was not helpful at all, the room was *very* dirty - we even found the dump of the previous guest in the toilet! We reserved a room for 4 but got bedding only for 3- when asked for one more our request was refused. The bathroom was so dirty we didn't dare to enter even with shoes on, the beds and carpet in the main room were filthy too. The 'famous' pool was full of grey water where they were breeding fish (we actually saw someone fishing there!), the overall experience was so bad that we decided not to stay and we left. I need to emphasize the staff who was not helpful and against all allegations, they didn't speak any English. Maybe this place is good for truck drivers (no offense) but for a family with kids and with medium standards this hotel is not recommended at all. Please, avoid it.

It was a very good location for our purpose, to sleep in a clean environment close to Kulata border. Stuff very polite, safe with a free parking. I recomande to others. Was a very good quality for the money.

I liked everything

I read the reviews and didn't have great expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of the staff and willingness to make my stay very much agreeable.

The wine selection was lacking.
