B&B HOTEL Compiegne Thourotte

Didn't like: ..........we had old croissans (day before ???) of breakfast. The breakfast in total is very small, not a egg or chese , its very low.The stay in the hotel was ok.

One night there was a (after) party from a wedding, the people made a lot of noise in the middel of the night. There was not a announcement that we knew wat was happenig . and they let trash everywere. (the staff could not do of this).The last morning..

The staff was very nice. The breakfast was lovely. The beds quite comfortable. Parking is very easy. I would recommend this hotel.

Passable

Check-in was a total mess. It took half an hour and three calls to the helpdesk. The check-in screen at the front door and app didn't function properly.We couldn't get the WIFI going because the app that came in between had a faulty interface for a Macbook Pro. Again, there was bad service; I had to buy extra Gigs internet access via my phone to be able to work on my Mac.Breakfast was ill-equipped with servants. It was a big mess. The sole worker couldn't keep up with the work that was needed to be done, but he did his best.

Great clean and comfy stop over on the way to Paris . Allowed late checkin and had great safe parking .

Very noisy, ventilation, plumbing, elevator, everything can be heard in those « soundproof » rooms… honestly, this is not B&B standards, it’s just a very cheap hotel named B&B and it’s nothing like described. Before the owner dare reply to this, I dare him to just stay and sleep one night in this uncomfy bed very hard mattress and noises that makes your sleep and rest harder.

Very friendly staff, we arrived after reception was closed but staff remained in contact and let us in. Rooms are what you can expect for low budget hotel. Free parking available.

Location in an industrial area.

Great location close to the motorway. Modern room with a comfortable bed.Great bathroom.Friendly front desk staff.Secure car park.

Disappointing

They couldn't make me the invoice to my company name, they said I made the reservation on my personal name. But within the booking.com reservation I asked for the invoice to be made on my company( and I gave them the coordinates). Poor mentality and lack of solutions !

Place to store bikes outside. Supermarket close. 1.2 km to local restaurants

Check in challenging. Would be good to give information about the process in our confirmation email

clean and the staff is friendly

the air conditioner is not working in June while ambient temperature is 30 , just small fan with high sound and low air flowno refrigerant in the room, no water boiler

Good price, clean and functional room. Very good breakfast!

Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast. Easy to check-in with self-service terminal.

We booked following a bad experience when checking in elsewhere …… booked via a booking site and it was really easy. Arrived and the receptionist was great, very smooth process and in our room within 5 minutes. Room was great for us as a family of 3 (1 double, 2 singles) with loads of space. Information in the room was useful and location was ideal for us to visit Paris and Versailles

More milk / water for the tea / coffee facilities in the lobby ( but that is being picky)

Basic but adequate and clean

Room was quite small and, considering it was the only hotel in town, not much of a choice. For me it was a little more expensive than expected.

Hotel very careful with Covid regulations. Businesslike environment, small but comfortable room.

I could have been more careful with arrival time. Reception is not always covered and arriving at 1630 I could not access my reservation on the automatic check-in.

Convenient location, close to the highway and yet very quiet. We were four people and the room was large enough. The beds were comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby. The hotel offers free thee and coffee.

Small room

Value for money. Ideal for a travel stop and visit the wagon l'armitice. Closed parking place, self check in.
