Pros +
- Breakfast was good and served by two pleasant Ladies . Rolls , Croissants and three homemade jams and spreads .Tea , Coffee and a kettle in the room . Parking across the road with terraced garden with benches looking over the lake below .
- An excellent little hotel, a small family run place of the kind that the French can do so well. Everyone very friendly and helpful, but an unexpected bonus was the cuisine. We ate in the courtyard or in the restaurant each night, and found the place busy, probably with locals who knew where the best place to eat was. We've holidayed in Brittany many times, but had never visited Quintin before, and that was a welcome bonus, a clean and pleasant unspoiled small town, we may well be returning, both to the Hotel du Commerce, and to the town itself..
- The location is excellent. Right in the town center of Quintin. Very comfortable rooms and bathroom. They let us have the bedroom early to prepare for a wedding.
Cons -
- Nothing to dislike .
- No WiFi, but as the proprietor explained, that isn't really the hotel's fault. The thick stone walls of the old building made it too difficult to provide an acceptable standard of reception.

Central location: friendly service and restaurant available at short notice; very good breakfast
The hotel is located in a very good place. Clean and spacious rooms with cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
All was good
Very easy to find and lots of free on-street parking nearby. Lovely old building with bags of character. Our room was very big, with a double bed and a single. Lots of storage space and the bathroom was fine. Decor in the room was quite basic but had everything we needed. Free filtered water, to save on plastic bottles, was a nice touch. The owner is friendly and helpful. Didn't take up the option of breakfast but we did have dinner there, which was excellent - French, but with some quirky touches that made it stand out. Quintin is a lovely place for a short visit, with some really interesting bars - we loved it.
Nothing - we liked it very much although I suppose if you want a smooth corporate-type hotel, it might not suit you.
Lovely welcome, comfortable beds, huge bathroom. Breakfast was good served by a friendly and smiley lady.
WiFi was a bit hit and miss.
Very good
