We arrive at 4:30 am at the hotel.The staff at night take so long to check in (40 minutes)The staff was RUDE
The facility was well located. The staff was very nice.
The toilet looks like never were cleaned, the shower doors was full of stain, the electricity plus next to the bed side was literally broken, the cover of the plug connector was falling a part, the usb plugs didn’t work, and the TV support was to the point to fall on the floor. We were afraid to touch and fall on the floor. Also under the bed and the sitting bench on the room was full of dusty, looks like it was never cleaned! After the 3rd day I thought somebody would clean it, but it didn’t happen. Literally nobody bothered to even check or clean the floor. We choose Ibis because the flag is very famous worldwide, but that hotel looks poorly maintained.
Meal plan is great
The staff was a bit rude and forgot to provide the cradle. The toilet was not working well. My family is my wife, my daughter and myself, and they didnt provide towels for all of us. The price was different from that one I booked in website. The breakfast is not included and it was not clear during the reservation process. forgot to
It was straight forward, no surprises. Easy access, typical Ibis rooms, it was good with a good brakfast.
Clean and calm. The room was very clean and smelled fresh.
Breakfast could be fresher. Staff should lower the temperature of the AC, it was extra cold inside the hotel lobby.
