Very well staffed… very helpful !!!Clean spacious room with white towels. It’s possible to walk from the train station… à long, pleasant walk.

It’s in the center, but I chose it for the convenient location .

Pretty location very kind and helpful staff, good price and comfortable, nice shower and good coffee in the morning. The village of Jonzac worths to take the time!

A kettle in the room would have been nice.

The manager was extremely helpful, and he was very accommodating. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The price and location were great.

Location is spectacular - right in centre of Jonzac and opposite the church and market square. Our room was spacious and comfortable, beds fine, bathroom was good and shower hot. The breakfast downstairs was delicious with plenty of choice and our host was helpful and friendly and made us very welcome. Note - no coffee machine, kettle or mini-fridge in the room. Not a problem if you know this in advance and can plan accordingly! I would absolutely stay there again, and Jonzac is a lovely town to visit with plenty of restaurants and things to see.

Perhaps I have spent too many years living in the US (I am British/US) but a coffee machine or kettle would have been good. I don't think there was a lift either so anyone with mobility issues may struggle to get upstairs.

Spacious room, very clean, big range of food for breakfast. Exceptional value for money. Randolph was a superb host, he made us feel very welcome and helped us with taxis. He made out stay with his friendly smile and conversation :)

Nice location, directly next to the church square, but a little bit long way from the train station (1.5 km maybe). My trip was in August during the heat wave time (crazy 42°C outside), there was only a fan in the room. but at night it was not too hot to sleep. The host can speak English and accepsts credit card.

Just not recommanded for heat wave periode, this is not the hotel's fault.

Rodolphe was a fantastic host, made us feel really welcome and had some great recommendations for where to go in Jonzac (his good English spared us the blushes of using our poor French!). Room was well sized and has everything you need, bathroom was very clean, would recommend Hotel Les Thermes for anyone visiting Jonzac

(I am writing this for my friend Maureen for whom I booked this hotel for two nights)This hotel has a fabulous location near a gorgeous and very old church and several restaurants and stores. It is only 10 rooms and it is one of a very few properties still hooked up to the Jonzac famous springs so you shower with the same water the thermes use for their treatments, basically. The owner, Rudolf is absolutely wonderful and does his very best to accommodate guests. There was a heat wave when I stayed and Rudolf kept the room dark and cool for me before my arrival and equipped the room with a big fan. That + opening the window when the night finally darkened and cooled ensured a good night sleep. The room was absolutely charming and spotless as was the rest of the hotel. This is just a delightful place to stay at and I look forward to visiting again when I return for my next cure. Thank you Rudolf for being so helpful!

Great hotel in the centre of town. Exactly what we needed for exploring the area - would happily return when we come back to the region!
