CIT'HOTEL Le Commerce

Friendly family run hotel. Good facilities for disabled. Great location for main roads. Excellent restaurant.

Comfortable hotel in a great central location. Very clean. Great staff - very friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast and location were good.

Being a Monday no restaurants were open in the town and the hotel were unable to offer us any food.

All the staff were very kind and pleasant and made us feel very welcome. The room was very spacious and clean and comfortable Excellent restaurant and breakfast.

Nothing to dislike

Staff were really friendly, food was tasty and exceptionally good value, room was comfortable and clean. Secure parking for our car.

A well located provincial hotel in a pleasant town. The rooms had obviously been well refurbished and the hotel was well maintained and spotlessly clean . Great night’s sleep in a comfy bed and quiet room with good linen and towels. Secure parking. The restaurant offered an affordable set menu and the food was simply delicious. The server was charming, and the meal arrived in good order. The pre ordered breakfast was simple but at 5 euros good value with lovely fresh pastries.

For a hotel at this price one might expect a bottle of water in the room - particularly as there were no tea-making facilities in the room. There is a downstairs bar/ cafe. Limited toiletries:

Cleanliness, quiet location close to Royan

No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Restaurant was closed (Sunday), our mistake, we forgot to check.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was perfect for comfort and cleanliness and walk in shower good for elderly guests. The food was delicious.

The fact I had to go home after a lovely stay.

owners were fantastic, wish we could have stayed longer.

very modern rooms, but also authentic.

Easy to find.Very welcoming. Good room. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Fan provided! This was clearly a very popular place, and there was a great vibe in the evening. Would stay there again definitely.

Exceptional value hotel. The food was excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful. They gave us an early breakfast, provided good additional facilities in well equipped rooms and made sure our bikes were secure. We can recommend it unreservedly.

The location for our purpose of the trip.Nice little decking area outside to have a drink, covered terrace restaurant. Very nice people.Breakfast price/quality.

The bed for us was too hard. The curtains at the window don’t close, so when the shutters are closed you still get too much light into the room. This wakes you up at 6am!

convenient , quiet and family run.

wouldn’t let me leave my bags before check in time.

We arrived after 9pm but they very kindly accommodated us in the restaurant. Pleasant outdoor but covered seating in the restaurant. Very pleasant meal. Excellent steak.

Me and my partner have stayed at this hotel on a few occasions and been very happy with the level of service.

couldn't find any faults just a pleasant and friendly place
