Quite a long walk into town
The location and room were exactly what we expected. Parking for our bicycles was provided. The hotel is close to la Tremblade and Ronce les Bains so is very convenient. Unfortunately when we arrived the aircon was broken - nobody's fault, but we were fully informed before checking in, and they offered to find us another hotel.
Just the broken aircon, but nobody's fault and it was fixed ASAP. Having to decide exactly what you want for breakfast was a bit of a pain, but overall very pleasant.
Breakfast was ordered in advance and was very generous, we had it outside on a sunny patio at the time we requested. There was safe storage for our bikes and air conditioning in the room which was good as it had been very hot.

A nice clean hotel in a quiet location, but only minutes from main roads to tour the area.
