Pros +
- the hotel is so clean , so comfortable very warm and cheerful employees.
- Located near the highway. Bedroom was ok.
- Convenient on way to the ferry. Staff very friendly. Comfortable & clean.
Cons -
- Check in process is fully automated and it was really painful. Did not work. Could not pay and therefore could not get in. I had to wait a long time to get it fixed.
- My room was very very cold. We told the receptionist who said she didn't turn the heating on before but if we turned it on now it would get warm fast. It never got warm because the heating doesn't work at all. We went to talk to the receptionist and she was gone for the night, so nobody stays in the hotel in case you need anything. The room was cold the whole night and there was no one to ask for a room change. We tried calling their number but it was restricted and didn't take foreign numbers. I sent an email and was never answered. For the price we paid I would expect not to spend a night in a freezing room and I'd expect the reception to have someone working there. Also, warning, no hair drier or water boiler.

Parking is easy, the room and bathroom are big enough. Although it's close to the highway it is not noisy

Good value close to motorway easy to find.
The room was quite hot and the a/c didn’t work. Unfortunately opening the window allowed the highway noise to come in so had to shut it.
Very friendly lady on reception who spoke very good English. There was also a great restaurant nearby.
Shower, 24hr check in, proximity to airport. Soundproof rooms.
Small towels, just 2 very small pillows.
