- Hotel and restaurant were ideal for a relaxed break en route to Brittany.
- Location
- A relaxed decoration, really helpful staff, superb food and drink in the restaurant . A place to leave our bikes was appreciated. Fantastic location.
Cons -
- Advance advise on check in parking would have been appreciated but not a problem.
- Restaurant closed! No warning. No coffee in the room. Tired rooms poorly decorated. Very limited breakfast especially for the price. I was initially given a room at the rear but swapped to a sea view when I queried this. No bar

Location on the beach, wonderful friendly owners and their staff who go out of their way to help you. The restaurant is amazing with incredible fish and delicacies! The beds are very comfortable and shower is great. You MUST try the 12 year old Calvados - ask for it!
Location, staff was excellent and extremely friendly
Room a bit hot…
Hospitality, the food and the overall accommodations
We took the family room, no. 20, it was quite spacious and comfy. The room was fresh, clean beautifuly decorated and welcoming. We were very happy!
Unfortunately there is no ventilation in the toilet and not enough ventilation in the room in general.
Friendly helpful staff, excellent food in restaurant, ability to change room
After change of bedroom on second of 3 night stay, nothing of issue. Make sure you opt for large room with big bed.
The location, the staff , the room & the bar / restaurant .
Parking is a slight issue as this is a very busy area , but I was able to park every day .
Excellent location. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.
There was no such thing.

Common areas were not clean and restaurant had limited choice and expensive for what was offered
Loved the location. Room small but well planned and comfortable
very nice location, nice people, good breakfast with amazing home made salted caramel, and very good restaurant.
Return visit stayed back in Sept 21, good value family run hotel, excellent location on beach, parking outside
We used this hotel in Luc-sur-mer as a base from which to explore Normandy & the D-Day landing beaches. I would recommend this hotel for that as it's in a good location .... right on the beachfrontThe hotel looks to have been recently decorated. The bedroom was not massive but adequate with a comfy bed. It has a TV but only French channels. The bathroom was modern with a large shower & plenty of space. It was great weather and we had the window open all the time. It was peaceful to fall asleep to the the sound of the seaThe owners & staff were very friendly & helpful with an easy-going attitudeThere is a restaurant with a reasonable menu (cannot comment on the food as we did not eat lunch or dinner there). But we DID have a traditional French breakfast each morning with cereal & yoghurts and fresh bread & croissants along with meat & cheese & eggs (no hot items are on offer) served with freshly squeezed juice and coffee/tea/water. This was plenty for us each day before going sightseeingIt looks like an attached bar is undergoing some renovations so the hotel will be better when this is completed
Parking can be a problem but it was good weather for the beach in peak season so understandable It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room for a few drinks (& some medicines) & a kettle to make tea/coffee before breakfast
Great time
