It’s an incredible place absolutely perfect. Very relaxing very beautiful with very comfortable rooms and stunning views and scenery. Nice gym, pools, massages. This place is extremely well managed!!

Nothing we didn’t like maybe after 3 nights we were hoping for more food options but that’s not really a complain but just a recommendation

Beautiful estate and accommodations. The massages were awesome and the staff professional. The sommelier was very knowledgeable and had plenty of fun, interesting stories to tell us during the tasting. The food was also very good and homegrown by the estate. We'll be back with a bigger group next time!

The showers need curtains and safety bars to prevent slip and fall.

Gourme restaurant was entirely disappointing, the quality of food and the amount of every/all meals was so small, it seemed like a rough joke on the account of the client, much smaller amount than the notified weight, this becoming more impessive related to the very high prices, totally unjustified

I can't say that there is something not to like in the place.May be the menu in the restaurant 55 need to include more traditional food and vegan options,as there is a lot of Burgers and pasta choices(American style).The food was lovely ,just I don't personally eat this type of food

Aestivum restaurant is overpriced, the food in the main restaurant is more delicious for me.

Food in the 55 bistro is great, the staff there is doing great job as well. The nature around the properly is awesome and views are stunning.

We had to wait for 20+ minutes for someone to appear and do our check-out. It seems there was shortage of staff. We could not get proper introduction when we arrived at the property and there was almost no explanation about the facilities, the wine yards, farm, Spa, etc.

Maybe the staff could clean windows and walls inside jet pool and salty pool more regularly. (It is a detail)

The property is very well made. The rooms have a very nice view and the food is very good.

Firstly, we were put in a different room then we paid for, but this misunderstanding was rectified very quickly thanks to the staff. When we arrived in the property we were told that we can take a tour of the promises at any time we would like using a buggy. We tried to go on this tour on Saturday evening, but the buggy driver was not at work anymore, so we agreed to do the tour on Sunday morning because we had to check out the same day. After we came to reception at the agreed time, the staff told us that someone else is on the tour, even though we had made an appointment at 10:30, we waited until 11 nobody showed up and we had to leave. I’m very disappointed in the mishandling of the situation, because I was really lookibg forward to the tour.

Truly amazing tailored experience. I got the impression that I spent 5 days in Italy or in French Provence.All aspects are well-designed and at the very high level (so different from my previous experience in Bulgaria).--Gentle check-in with a taste of champagne, even my dog was offered a bowl of water. Thanks for letting my dog stay, especially considering that this is a fully grown collie. Villa interior design is extremely stylish, it was such a bliss to walk with bare feet on natural stone floors. Scent design and bathing accessories (with towels and bathrobes as well) are presented by Acqua dell' Elba, truly fascinating experience. Cleaning is provided daily (with updating minibar items and coffee for free). My fireplace was also refilled and ready to fire with no extra charge.--Spa area is maintained very well and designed with natural stones, quiet, spacious and illuminated with natural light.Hot spring pool is organized as a natural pond, clean and lovely.--The area of the estate is huge, so you'll be offered a bike to explore it. There are a couple of picnic places, organized with hammocks, glasses and wine, so you can take some rest during the exploration.--Breakfast is organized as a buffet, contains everything you need and more, the view from the terrace is breathtaking. There is a gourmet restaurant on the estate for additional gastronomic adventures, which is managed by a chef who is in love with his job.--The vineyard is hugging buildings, giving gets an opportunity to walk along the furrow with a glass of local wine.--People who managing this place, a welcoming and nice, was participating in Relais & Châteaux course. Overall, the atmosphere of the place is so calm and relaxing, despite this, it feels like a lot of efforts (and money) has been invested in this project. Insects, but stuff is very helpful and have medicament, if case you'll be interacting with insects too close :)Pets accommodation can be improved with adding bowls. Also, it would be great to have higher green fence in villas, so it will be possible to sunbathe naked :) Audio system and coffee machine are a bit tricky. Bed lined is fine, but can be updated. Would be nice to have a paper map of the area :)

Zornica Family Estate is a beautiful place. Very romantic and beautifully designed. When you are there it feels that you are in Toscana, but with majestic views of Rila and the Greek Rhodopi mountains. The food is amazing, very tasty and the service is truly 5-star. The SPA is very well done and made us feel very welcome. We were there just for one night, but felt that it was enough to get a proper rest from the busy day-to-day. Fifty Fifty house syrah wine blend is a MUST try, it is incredible.
