BULGARI melnik

We liked the place and the owner. It is very close to the center yet it is quiet

No elevator so I had to carry my 20Kg suitcase all alone to the room

Great location, lovely cozy hotel (not too big) with good size (big) beautiful air conditioned room.The restaurant of the hotel was also very very good.Unfortunately we did not find the time to visit the wine museum.

What a lovely little hotel in such an amazing location!The host was cool, friendly without being pushy, and helpful with small requests, joking with the kids and good with food recommendations. We really enjoyed the stay and the wine museum tour as well as the hike to the mountains!Definitely recommend!

The property was beautiful. The room was large and the balcony was great.

Spa was not open

Good location, big room with balcony. People that worked were polite and friendly. Air conditioner was also available and working. Wine museum is part of the hotel.

Disappointed that SPA-part was not available as this was one of the reasons to choose it. It was indeed written in Booking, but on a place where you will notice it easy.. and we didn't see it .. Restaurant was big and with luxury style, but at the same time tablecloth on our table during dinner had some small stains. We would not mention it if on the morning, during the breakfast on the same table, the tablecloth was again not changed from our dinner last evening - really difficult to understand ..

The location is wonderful, the host is very kind, caring and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable.

The internet connection was weak

The room size and the fact that the AC was running when we entered the room (outside were 38+ Celsius degrees). The breakfast was ok, the coffee was very good.

Very, very friendly staff! Good breakfast, clean sheets and towels, clean bathroom, new air con. Best location.

Not a big incovenient for just one night staying, but maybe some attention to the hose at the shower, which was broken.

The location is great for Melnik, but the road is terrible if you have to go out of Melnik regularly. If you are with a low car, it is better not to go in front of the hotel with the car.The hotel amenities are great, the room was really big, and the AC was great.The terrace was amazing.The staff were really friendly and kind.

The building is authentic and the insolation is not something the original Melnik inhabitants cherished.So if you plan to sleep till late, probably pack some earplugs in the luggage.The breakfast was ok, not amazing, but they provided mineral water and coffee with it, which is something I was surprised about.

The owner and the staff were wonderful. We got a very large beautiful rooms well decorated and very comfortable with a nice view over the village and the nature around. The restaurant of the hotel was also very very good at both dinner and breakfast and for a very decent price. I highly recommend the place!

Should be cleaner, which stayed for two days but the bathroom wasn't clean at all as there was hair on the floor and dust could be seen on other areas in the room

Room was great, bathroom was a bit out dated and needed renovation, Toilet was'nt bolted to the ground so nearly toppeld over once. But all was clean.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bulgari! The room was absolutely spotless and decorated so perfectly. The food was wonderful and the owner was so kind. Perfect location to explore Melnik.

Lovely place, nice personnel. We were a bit sad our favourite breakfast option was not available, but the apartment itself was clean and spacious and a great price. Our bathroom lock was a bit iffy.

The room was quite spacious, providing ample room for three or even four individuals thanks to the presence of a couch. The bed was comfortable, offering sufficient space for our belongings. We were treated to a splendid view from our balcony, which overlooked the illuminated cross atop the mountain in the evening. The owners were exceptionally pleasant and friendly. The hotel's design exudes a distinct Roman Empire ambiance.

The hotel is very nice and clean. Stone (I think marble) is used throughout, which keeps the interior cool. There's a very convenient spa on the lower floor, which the owner showed us and the kids loved. Breakfast was included and we all loved it.

We got the top-floor suite, which was extremely spacious and nice, but it did lack air conditioning. Although it wasn't hot in the evening, it would have been a tad better with an AC unit. Parking is weird, but that applies to all hotels along the small river because of the way the village was planned.

A very nice, brand new hotel with an excellent location in Melnik, right at the top of the main paved street and at the bottom of the dirt street up to Kordopulova House. Very good breakfast, nice management, spacious room. Was very happy with our stay!

The shower stall was broken and leaked a little.

Well had a great stay at the hotel. Parking is free on the street, the room was spacious and the view from the terrace was mesmerizing. The staff were very friendly and understanding - they were able to accommodate us for another night even though we got our reservations wrong.

Just as couple of nit picks - no tea kettle in the room, some outlets were not working, but overall nothing major - overall a great place and value for the money.
