The location and aerial view are superb. Nice staff. Great breakfast. You can have very decent dinner in the restaurant. It is very quiet and calm around the property.

A bit dirty at some points, but nothing to worry about.

The staff was very friendly, the location was excellent - near the dam and the city center. The dam view from the balcony was marvellous. The rooms were big. The food in the restaurant was very delicious and not expensive.

Breathtaking view on Dospat lake (my best hotel view ever), from restaurant balcony while having breakfast/dinner.Very quiet and peaceful with incredible sunsets over the lake.Nice standard breakfast with paying but affordable additional items. Try the mekitsi (fried breakfast donuts), vitamin salad, trout from the lake, and cheesecake. Really delicious!Kind and helpful staff.Clean room with balcony, good bed, fridge, tv, kettle.Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. ?

I was blown away by the quality. It was brilliant. I was greeted well. The hotel had a lift. The room was clean. Even the bathroom shower cubicle was spacious and did not leak all over the bathroom floor due to a good fitting door. My own room had its own hallway with coat hooks and a working fridge, which meant if there was any noise, it had to pass through 2 doors to reach the bedroom. The room also had a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. The restaurant balcony had wonderful views over the lake, where I sat and watched the sun set. While sipping a drink.The breakfast menu had a great choice. I would recommend this hotel.

The only fault I could find was that the shower head bracket was broken. But having visited many hotels, this was a minor inconvenience as there was also a ceiling shower.

The apartment has incredible view, big and comfortable for 4 people. Staff was so helpful and friendly, with personal attitude. Food in the restaurant is fresh and tasty. We will visit again for sure

After we left we got a call from the hotel manager to complain about us leaving two blankets for them to clean, after we specifically asked if we could use them for a picnic in the forest.Absolutely unprofessional behavior to bother their customers after leaving, and it looks like they don't wash the microfiber blankets in between different check in/check outs.It left a very bad feeling after this beautiful vacation, if you are visiting be careful not to step aside somehow or you will get called on like you are in school.

It is truly a wonderful place. The view from the room is spectacular - you will find yourself watching it constantly. The room veranda was the best place in town. Rooms are comfortable and clean, a bit small but include everything you need. Beds are comfortable and for breakfast you have a choice of a few set meals. The owner is a very sweet guy and tries his best to make you stay comfortable. All in all, a great value for the price you pay.

The hotel was nice, the view - amazing and the staff really helpful and kind!

There are listed activities that the hotel is supposed to offer- like renting a bike or riding a horse. There were no such things. The food was far from impressive.

The staff is exceptional. Polite and kind. The view from the balcony was one of a kind. Elevator is available as well, which suprised me.

The view is breathtaking. Very friendly and helpfull staff, elementary level of english. The main room was really huge, with many places to sit and enjoy the view. Breakfast was ok. Bathroom satisfactory. . Parking ok. There is elevator.

The view from the room and the restaurant is astonishing. Rooms are nice and tidy. The hotel is more like a hut, but it's all worth it for this view. The food is delicious with decent prices.

People smoking on the restaurant balcony while you are eating and the balconies next to your room is pretty annoying. Some restrictions at least for the restaurant may be considered.

There was no air- conditioner and it was too hot. As we open the windows the smell from the kitchen of the restaurant was coming into the room. It was the same at the terrace.
