- The only hotel you need when in Chepelare! Great staff, top professional care for the guest, great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean cosy rooms. You feel like you are home! Giving 5 stars because I can't give 6!!!! You can pay by card as well.

- No socket in bathroom. Parking on street and although in off-season need to look for the place
- During the off season, sauna was not available on the evening, on the morning we were offered to visit a sauna but it was not suitable for us.On arrival rooms were cold, yes heaters were provided and after couple of hours rooms were pretty warm - nothing to complain, but if we would need to sleep immediately affter arrival, it would be too cold.
- The staff have poor English which makes it difficult for Irish people. No English tea, food in the restaurant was just OK as chips were homemade but very greasy and soggy

It was very clean, comfortable, i liked the interior design in traditional bulgarian stile. The staff was very friendly and handled everything professionally. I would love to stay there again.
