- The hot mineral pool was lovely, but needed some maintenance and a deep clean. The views are amazing, but all the windows were so grubby you couldn't see it that well.

- The welness and pool works befre you come and after you go. The hotel hids this fact and offers service that does ot exist. I would not book If I knew, I even wrote ahead to ask bu no oen bothered to reply.Very basic breakfast.
- Our bathroom was awful, a cracked dirty bath, it leaked and there was a lot of damp patches and a sewerage smell. The food was nice traditional Bulgarian food but was cold as soon as it came out. The food was mostly gone 5 minutes after the restaurant opened and did not get replenished.

This was our second stay. They have renovated the whole building and improved a lot of things. Breakfast has been upgraded. Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind. Overall experience for a 3 star hotel was great!
Due to the renovation they still had no masseuse so we had to go to another place nearby. Nonetheless it’s a minor thing compared to our very positive and pleasant stay!
