Hot Springs Medical and SPA

I would like to share my appreciation for the hotel facilities and your wonderful staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. I would like to express my sincere thanks to Nastya for the wonderful massage. My body feels great, and I truly appreciate the excellent service.

Everything

The lobby bar and smoking area are next to each other. Every time the door opens, smoke comes in, making everything smell.

The staff was very nice and friendly, the food was really amazing, the pools and the spa area were great to chill and relax

The food was plentiful and it was good. The water park is really nice. The room was spacious and clean. Big parking lot. There was enough space in the pool area(was not overcrowded). Exceptional scenic view.

The kids animation in the evening was short and with not a lot of activities. They have just opened a new area in separate building next to the hotel which should work until later.

Very clean and well organized facilities. Very good food. Very helpful staff.

They don’t serve tea or coffee at dinner! You have to purchase even tea with all inclusive stay with breakfast and dinner included . Serving herbal tea AND JUICES WOULD BE NOT SO EXPENSIVE FOT THE OWNERS.

You could see an extra thought in everything. Clean. Comfortable. Spacious. Food was exceptionally tasty. Kids were extremely happy, so were the parents.

The hotel was very clean and overall pleasant. The food was warm and tasty both in the evening and in the morning, and breakfast especially was great. The location was comfortable pretty close to Pirin mountain The staff was generally okay, though not especially warm.

The spa was a bit disappointing, as we expected more for this price and have experienced better elsewhere.

The hotel is great! Huge spa, big pools, amazing staff. Great food too! Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful.

The hotel is really nice, excellent food, clean and the staff is very helpful! My son had a birthday, and their pastry-cooks prepared a fantastic birthday cake for him. This was our third stay there and for sure we will visit it again.

The food was really good and delicious. The villa we rented was pretty big and clean. The water in the swimming pool is warm, and even in the cold (like early morning) was okay to swim. One of the things we liked most - no music anywhere, so we were really able to rest good and enjoy nature. The place is really beautiful, also at night, with very nice lighting on the paths too.

The water in the swimming pools are with added chloride, which is probably expected, but I was hoping I will be able to open my eyes underwater, which was a little bit unpleasant.

Amazing hotel with one of the best and most spacious SPA centers in Bulgaria. The villa we stayed in was exceptional with an even greater view. It was also good value.Apart from the main pool and SPA area, there is a huge kids area with a splash pool, water slides, indoor kids club, and a climbing area. All included in the price and it is even being extended.

Food and service in the main restaurant could be better. Actually, a lot better! Also, having a more extensive wine list would be great.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and super comfortable—perfect for a family. It’s very kid-friendly, which made everything easier. The spa was amazing, and the views of the majestic mountains were simply stunning. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and had that comforting, homemade taste. A perfect spot to relax and recharge!

Electricity shut off and getting stuck in the elevator twice. Cooked food was too oily/ greasy and not enough vegan/ plant based options

Room was comfortable and the mini bar prices were reasonable. Salads were very good.

Vegans are not catered for. Yes the salads were great but there is a limit on how many times one can have salad for breakfast and dinner. Given the price, i would have expected things like tennis courts and table tennis to be free but they were not and also fairly expensive for the quality, specifically the tennis court.

Dinner and breakfast food was delicious, fresh, home grown, exceptional variety and more than what we have expected. The spa facility is clean and has a lot to offer. The friendly staff makes you feel at home. We definitely will come again and will recommend this hotel to our friends. It was great experience for a great value!

Location, facilities, staff

The main attraction of the Hot Springs Spa in Banya is the huge indoor/outdoor pool fed with hot springs water. In addition, there are extensive spa facilities, the buffet meals are excellent (drawing from the products of their own farm), the mountain air is fresh, and there are views of the nearby Pirin mountains and the Rila mountain range across the valley. We are regular customers, as we live not far away, and we are always happy with our visits there.

The bed was too soft and we were next to the staff room, so it was noisy early in the morning

We visit the place once or twice a year, and we are never disappointed. The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after.The stuff are helpful.The food is delicious.If you want to relax , this is the right place for you.
