Bathroom wasn't very clean due to my standards. Also clogged drain in the bathroom.
The location is good. The employees taken into consideration our request for a double bed and also notified us in advance that due to construction works the restaurant at site won't work.
Even though the heating was on the amenities were cold during our stay. The spaces could use some refreshment and better cleaning. On top of that, the whole building smells funky. The pool water was not very hot, so we didn't really use it much. Also, we had breakfast included, which was very small and with low quality, so we ate at a different place. The walls are not soundproof at all and you hear every little noise from your neighbors(getting up at 6AM to go skiing). Overall, there are far better deals in Banya without a mineral outdoor pool and you can just use the great pool of the hotel nearby(like Izgreva Hotel Complex) for 10 lv a day.
