Family Hotel Shoky

The location is fine, near to the forest and mountain. Generally, the hotel may have been as good as tourists' spot but needs serious renovations.

The staff was unfriendly, and the room was not cleaned during our stay - 4 days.

The room is very spacious, there's even a bath tube. The quilt is all the amenities is very high. The water was good and strong, the room was sterile clean, it was very quiet.

Good value for the money. The hotel is located on a wide road (for Chepelare) with new pavement. There are a lot of free parking spaces nearby. The staff was cooperative. Our room had a medium sized balcony with mountain view. For me the beds are comfy.

My colleague considered his bed as uncomfortable. We had to wait a few minutes for the hot water in our bathroom to flow (don't know what the problem was). The toilet seat always fell when we lifted it up. The showerhead started spinning when we turned the water on (bad holder). You need to hold it in your hand. Small beakfast selection and it is not included in the price of the accommodation.

We are a family of 6. We had 2 rooms connected by a balcony. The rooms are clean. The view of the mountains is great. The hotel owner is very nice and helpful.

Nice place to stay in the Chepelare / Pamporovo area within walking distance to the center of the city.

It was a great stay. The staff were nice, the food in the restaurant was delicious. We had a balcony with view to the forest. I will recommend this hotel for couples and also for families with children.

The room was lovely!

On our second night there was a very noisy party downstairs untill 23:00!!! We could not sleep, after a very busy day!!! The owner told us we can move to another room but it was impossible with a very young and tired girl! We really didn't like the attitude! and were very upset about that!!

clean apartment with two separate rooms and good location. the food in the restaurant delicious and a good price. Possibility to play 8 ball pool .

in the evening in the room wasn’t very hot and we took a blanket from the wardrobe .

Location was good and easy to find, the hotel was cosy, clean and very warm, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Family hotel Shoky a lot, so there is nothing that I can say we did not like.

Location is excellent (: You can visit places around. The room was VERY spacious and comfortable, with balcony and very clean (:The restaurant is very nicely arranged. The owner and girls speaks English and are very welcoming and cordial (: The breakfast menu is one full page that you can choose from, the cook is excellent (: You can also have a dinner- very rich menu, for additional price. They delivered what they promised .We would highly recommend this place. We definitely come back, when in the area (:

The contractors were working on the street this time, so it was a little dusty, but this will pass shortly, no problem

We loved the way the hosts and staff treated us. They were extremely kind and generous. The room was spacious and very clean.

The hotel was pretty decent overall. The location is good, food was excellent and so was the staff.

The bed was really uncomfortable. The mattress was old and pretty hard, pillows were really thin. Both me and my wife woke up with back pains.

A small, sweet hotel with everything that you need for a relax weekend or vacation. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and wellness as well.

I like how hard the owners of the hotel worked to make my stay lovely. The food was fresh and well cooked.
