Large clean rooms, breakfast variety and quality is decent

Not enough parking spaces, all parking was taken even if the hotel was visibly maybe one third occupied.Same for breakfast - the breakfast hall is too small and hard to navigate even when the hotel was almost empty.Breakfast starts at 9 am, which is too late. I would prefer breakfast starting at 6:30 am or 7 am.

Location and room. The Spa is OK

Restaurant - understandably the main restaurant is being rebuilt hence why the current open one is very small, but most of the food was terrible and the service was bad as well. The outdoor parking is too small for a hotel of this size as well and cars were blocked in due to unavailable space.

Breakfast was good, the kids enjoyed the pool. Shuttle to the Malina ski centre.Room was large and well equipped.

The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor.The sauna was broken one day.The room wasn't cleaned during the stay and dustpuppies were everywhere.Only one plug to share between coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.

A well-maintained small complex. The cleanliness was very good. Secluded from “civilization,” which is just 5 minutes away – a great place to relax.

Extremely unprofessional attitude from the hotel staff – it’s impossible to tell who is in charge, as they argue in front of guests and react negatively to everything. Overall, only 2-3 staff members seemed willing to work. The restaurant waiters, in particular, were absolutely unacceptable.

The task was one, skiing, everything was great. but there was one thing, very weak internet and a TV working over and over again. The room temperature is comfortable.

No jacuzzi,the first day we arrived,sauna, steam room were closed,most of the staff didn t know English which is tragic..the parking area not cleaned from ice which was very dangerous

Swimming pool very dirty.Gym with damaged machines.If somebody is cooking, it is smeling in corridors and bathroom. Shower cabine is liking.The staff in restorant was with poor trening. I was waiting for receipt 25 min.In parking area , there is damaged savage cover and car can foll down during maneuvering.

Good location clean room warm.Some details missing no hairdryer in the room. We had a spa including no bath robes provided we had to ask the receptionist. If you don’t bring your own flip flops you have to pay for one from the reception. Overall good location friendly staff nice breakfast and nice restaurant.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are cozy.

When we booked at Booking it didn't say that the spa and pool were not working but when we went they told us it was under renovation

Its cold, outside of season there is no heating. No AC in the room, bring your own heater

The smell of cigarettes coming from the studio ventilation. After I told about it to the reception staff, they were unwilling to find out who of their guests is smoking. (even though everywhere there were "no smoking" signs). So "thanks" for the "clean" mountain air and headaches.Another thing: the shower tray leaks in the bathroom. And on arrival there was some left paste or construction material on the bathroom sink.

The room was very clean with new furniture. There was enough space for us to make ourselves combatable.

Arrived at 15:00 and decided to eat at the hotel restaurant for which the staff on desk ensured us was working. There was not a single person in that restaurant and when we came back to tell at front desk the reply was that they are probably taking a break. At dinner there was just 2-3 meals you can chose from with questionable quality. There wasn't anything to drink at dinner, even tap water, guests were told they could order something at the lobby bar. Unfortunately none of the staff was wearing uniform and to find one was to simply ask people who works there. When you find someone who can help with ordering then you are told its better if you take your drinks by yourself to the table because the only person on the bar is having too much work. Spa center is clearly built long time ago and the condition was not good at all. There is a pool, sauna and steam bath. We couldn't enjoy much the forest view from the pool as the glasses were very dirty. Pool had jacuzzi option which was not working and staff told us it was working years ago but now it isn't. There is just one elevator which is for four persons and makes disturbing noise like its soon going to break. Many people preferred using the stairs.There aren't enough parking spaces at the hotel, most people had to park in the grass across the street.

Nice, cosy hotel at a very nice, quiet location, comfortable and well-equipped room, nice swimming pool.

The service at the restaurant was rather slow, I guess because of personnel shortage.

Situated near forest and you can see wild animals. SPA was very good, water in the pool is warm and comfy with kids .The massages are great.

Bad experience with the restaurant. Service was slow even if there weren't many people. The food was delayed or they even forgot to bring it to us.

Nice room in the hotel on the way to Shiroka Lyka. Very basic kitchenware. Good Wi-Fi. They did the cleaning during my stay.Sauna is available during warm season as well, which is a very rare case in Pamporovo

TV table took too much space in the dinning area, doesn't allow to reach microwave oven. Same time there were very few tv channels.

Clean, comfortable beds.

The staff didn't bother notify us that their restaurant is closed. We arrived late and hungry with a small child. Lights at the hallway were barely functioning. No phones at the apartments, so if you need to communicate with the staff, you need to go down to the loby. (They do not always pick up the phone, if calling by your own cellphone)No iron, no hairdryer. If you want to have a bathrobe, you need to rent it. The kitchen was not fully equipped, knives were not sharp, and there was no simple wine opener. Coffee machine provided, but not even one complimentary coffee or tea bag were left. The fridge was unplugged. There was no price list left in the apartment with additional items, food, and wood charges.
