all,the cleanliness of the rooms, the functioning of the air conditioners, the fact that there were parties until 1-2 in the morning that didn't let you sleep

Very poor

Nobody in the entire compound. No hot water! Very cold. Mayby ok for summer time. Avoid booking in cold season.

Beds were comfortable. Food was very good

Pool was Green and clearly hadn't been used in a long time. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor. Air conditioning didn't work

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly. The location is quiet even though the hotel is on the main road. The AC worked fine.

The pool didn't work but it was not mentioned on the site. The AC worked on cooling mode but there was a water leakage from it on the floor.

Noise from road in the bar / restaurant area.Couldn't hear it in the room.Saturday night party until 02:00!

They did not wanted to change the date of reservation.

In fact, I did not benefit from this reservation. I wanted to change the reservation date a long time ago (approx. 2 months) but they didn't accept it. I wanted a day later than what I had booked. I had to make another reservation and made the same location. I have a separate review for that. Here I can only give a negative review.

Disappointing

Dilapidated facilities in the rooms. Almost zero lighting in the hallway and bathroom. One room was missing a door at the shower, also missing the shower head. Another room had water running from the shower stall and over the floor of the bathroom. The air conditioning was not working. Mold on the wall in the hallway.

Well, I have stayed many times at this hotel, before it was even called Alpine. Now, I found a noisy hotel (it were parties before but not this loud). Now, there were 2 parties at the same time, one in the garden, one on the upstairs terrace. It was shocking to have dinner in the garden to hear both music. But more fun was to try falling asleep after midnight. I put the pillow on my ears (one party was on the first floor ..so...). They told us this will end at 1 am. Well, it did not. I tried to find the manager, there was none. I text a message, don't know If they got it but the 1st floor party stopped at 1:30 am, the garden party at 2 am. So, we were very "relaxed" at 7 am, just ready to drive a 12 hours journey ...The rooms were neglected, in the past they were beautiful, now painting falling of the walls, no shower door (just a piece of 2), one of the mattress was outdated so in the morning my mom got backaches, the towels haven't been changed in the last 10 years! No wi-fi, one of the waiters gave us hotspot!The food, now. In the past great food even If communication was difficult. Now, well it's my first time to have a sheperd's salad with salami slices. The fries were not the plate portion I knew, but just a few. They brought my food and my husband's after 30 minutes, my mom's after 1 hour and so on. The chicken hasn't been done properly so We asked to cook it a little more. They apologise as they were very busy. My friend got the main dish he ordered but not the side dish, and after 1 hour he got the side dish but on my mother plate (she ordered just meat, no side dish). So, it was one hell of a night!If you don't believe me, give it a try!

Loud music even after 12 a.m (midnight). It was impossible to sleep with that music.

Relaxing view, friendly staff, clean sheets. The pool!!

- For the sensitive sleepers, the traffic from the road might be a problem.- The bathroom hadn't been cleaned, at all, unfortunately. The shower had a missing door...- AC did not work in our room.

Great location , good food ,friendly personnel , nice pool and large parking.

The bathroom and the furniture in the rooms are falling apart. Needs renovation inside.

The yard is nicely decorated and one of the waitresses was very accommodating, all praise for her.

When we arrived at the reception, we hardly found anyone to ask about our accommodation. After that we waited for about 15 minutes, it seemed as if they forgot about our reservation. When we finally entered the room, there was a bottle of vodka under one of the beds, obviously left behind by someone. The bathroom is big, but when you turn on the toilet salt, everything comes out of the sink in the middle of the bathroom, so we had to put towels on it. That night they had a celebration, so the music played until 2 in the morning. Absolutely failed accommodation.

Excellent value for money, very sweet and attentive staff, clean and comfortable, perfect for a transit stop. The restaurant offers excellent food (basic but delicious - old school home made style).Swimming pool is included into the accommodation price.There is also a pool bar offering various drinks for kids and adults as well :)Card payments are accepted.

Only one good bed, not enough to give a better report.

Thw "staff" speaks no foreign language. We needed Google translate to comunicate. When I asked for the invoice they said/wrote that since i come from Booking.com they can not do it. At least it was cheap... No breakfast as advertised on site... Bad experience overall. Good that it was only one night.

Quiet location, just off the main highway. We arrived quite late but evening meal still available.Excellent value for money.

Personnal was very welcoming and helpful, the location is great and the room are goods.

The room it was big enough, the parking just in front of the hotel and easy to take the key.

There it was party at the restaurant up to 12 PM
