The size of the room was lovely and the view was fantastic!

Staff wasn’t very enthusiastic and welcoming. The shower rail was loose and the drain did not work properly. There was no plug in the sink.

The location and view of the property was good

The rooms on the top floor were badly ventilated. Our bedroom didn’t have a window and was very stuffy. Some bathrooms were also not practical and user friendly. Some of the staff were very unfriendly.

the hotel should separate the photos of the rooms according to the booking criteria and when the room does not have a view of the dam but of the parking lot, this should be noted

The leaving

Accommodation: the reception is small and there is usually no one there. After some waiting and ringing with the bell unfriendly receptionist appears. I saw that the reservation price is 15% higher than the reception and got an explanation that this is the guest who must pay the booking.com’s charge. Unfair for the guest. The room: to be honest, the bathroom needs some repair (photo 2). Cleanliness: When used the hair dryer I notice that it is repaired with a band where small ball of other guests’ hair was stuck (photo 1)The restaurant: Just few tables were occupied. In our package there was “Dine in for BGN 9.77 per guest, per night”. When asked what is included in that, there was two responses: from the reception “such thing doesn’t exist”; from the hotel manager (he told that is the owner too): “I don’t know English, so there isn’t such thing”. We visited another restaurant. Service: Unfriendly, and even rude, the staff philosophy is that you must be thankful that you are guest of this hotel.

The outdoor facilities are very nice and the view of the lake and the mountain too. I asked for non-smelly room (as the mansard rooms are such) and my request was satisfied without extra cost. The staff is unprofessional, not smiling, not wellcomeing. I had to go and look for the girls (15 years old) to order my breakfast, which is very poor. You may choose one thing from sandwich, omelet, scrambled eggs and French toast. No fruits. Again for the drinks one may order one tea OR coffee. The rooms are old, the matrace creaks every time one tries to move a bit and you feel you are lying on springs.

The location is amazing. The view is breathtaking.The room needs some refurbishing because it is clean but everything there is old. The pool is okay. The garden is cool. Two of the waitresses were adequate. Decent but limited breakfast.

Two of the waitresses behaved as if they have been doing us a favour by working.The owners need to smile more. Somebody called me to patronisingly tell me the lights on the terrace of the room were on. We didn't turn them on. I know electricity is expensive but you really need to work on the service that you provide as it is not worth the money.

The view was nice

No AC ,the bed was not comfortable at all. We couldn't sleep because it was hot, and in the morning you can smell that people are smoking,since the window is open. The room was considered luxurious !!! At the end we got extra fees that were not mentioned at the beginning. Definitely wouldn't come back since at the end the owner didn't care if you are happy with the service and the stay overall,but to charge you the extra money for the kids' breakfast that they told me about it on the second day. Very disappointing.....

The location and the view are actually great!

The front desk manager was absurdly rude and nosy. The premises need renovation and those prices need adjustment. We stayed in a 5 star spa hotel the day before for the same amount with dinner included.

Very beautiful location, the view is just amazing. Also the spa is great, but be careful it's perfect for couples, but too small for more I think. The sauna gets nice and warm. Private parking, good food.

The only downside for me was that none of the staff spoke English, like advertised on the booking website, but the staff was friendly and with the use of Google translate app we made it work, the menu was in English. And for some reason we got a room on the 3th floor with some strange corners, even though we were the only guest

Not enough staff in the restaurant, which leads to slow service. Very poor breakfast. The bed is not so comfortable.

The view is great and the apartment was clean. The food in the restaurant was OK.

The wifi quality is horrible. We used most of our mobile data during our stay :( We stayed in the attic suite and it didn’t worth the price at all - broken stuff, only 11-12 channels on the TV, extremely low ceiling (you should be lower than 150cm to feel safe from hitting your head very badly). The service was also very poor - there is no dedicated receptionist. The waitresses are the “on-demand receptionists” and they were no good neither as receptionists nor as waitresses (except one of the girls). Too small portions on breakfast and no water offered as a part of it. The water in the pools was warm but very dirty. The inside hot tub was not working and the external one was working whenever it wants…

The restaurant was the best in the area, we checked several others. A bit understaffed, but good food and reasonable prices. They also bring your frappe at the pool.

The staff were overworked, the hotel was full and thought they were literally runnung at times, we had to wait to order, for food, etc. I suppose this is due to the pandemic. Even overworked, they were all friendly and smiling.

I did like the music around the restaurant and the garden - smooth :)The room was clean, warm, cosy, beautiful. With nice balcony view. The view from the garden and the swings are great.Nice restaurant and cafe outside.

Bad

The staff not polite. Breakfast was too small. There was not enough soap in the bath. One could hear noices through the walls. As a whole not worth the price.
