    Pros +

    • Highly professional and helpful staff. Super comfortable bed, that has no competition. Spotless clean.Everything was great.
    • Location, lake view
    • The spa facility is really good and gives options inside and outside in the beautiful nature. The pool is huge and can accommodate a[l intersted to swin in it. The steem room was really good. I liked a lot thta there were balconies in the rooms where we could drink our afternoon coffee rnjoyin the beautiful nature. The breakfast menue was incredibly rich and tasty(

    Cons -

    • Bed was very soft, (matress), caused back pain,Minibar was empty - (even though there was a minibar menu with prices),There were chunks of dust under the bedside table,A la cart restaurant menu was very weak. No sea food option, we could eat only salads both nights.TV channels were not adequate (no kids channels, no movies, no English news like CNN, Euronews, etc), there are much more channels even in some 3 star hotels in BulgariaThe staff were inexperienced,In the breakfast, they charge extra for decaf coffee. No decaf on the coffee machine. The juices were not tasty, tasted like cheap unhealthy concentrates. Nothing to do after dinner, only lobby bar is open, very bright lights, no other seating places except the lobby, no cosy zone to sit, drink and even smoke (everyone goes up to the room after dinner), guests finish dinner not later than 21:00, there is a bar that opens at 10.30 in the basement level but not many can wait for that. For 222 EUR per night, it was far from getting my money's worth. The hotel is located in a beautiful place but the management has to be improved dramatically. I stay in hotels 100 days of the year, there are so many easy things that can be done in this hotel to improve the comfort level.
    • The fact that not all restaurants were working and the only one restaurant that was open had a bbck table menue, which is too much to eat and also too expensive. Fortunately the lounge bar offered more flexible options which helped a bit.
    • The prices for food/ drinks are highly exaggerated given the fact that the stay is also very pricey

Amazing spa families, many saunas and a beautiful view from the pool.

The prices for food/ drinks are highly exaggerated given the fact that the stay is also very pricey

Absolutely fabulous location and stay. I loved everything. The children were happy about the lake and the hotel. They loved the food and the friendly staff.

    Nothing. It was amazing!

Honestly it exceeded our expectations. Based on our one night stay, which low occupancy of the hotel, I give it a solid 10. Quiet, clean and modern room, comfy bed. Great breakfast. Amazing spa - we had it to ourselves. The L&R restaurant very nice, good service, tasty food. Peacuful area around the hotel.

    Nothing comes to mind.

    The nature surrounding the hotel.

The quality of service is extremely low. Other than apologizing every minute we didn’t get any meaningful actions. 1. The room wasn’t cleaned well, it looked more like a quick touchup cleaning they did before we checked in. There was hair on the bathroom floor, the sink had some soup residue, the floor in the bedroom area was not vacuumed, the mirrors were dirty etc.2. In the Lion & Roses restaurant some of the food ingredients were substituted with others not listed in the menu. For pregnant women and people with allergies this might become a very big problem. In our case these were 3 out of 6 dishes ordered in total. 3. Most of the staff are not even qualified to work in a 3 star hotel. Some of the staff members don’t speak English, hence choose to have no eye contact so they are not asked a question. Waiting over 30 minutes to get our bill, then we simply asked to put it on the room as we had to leave, and they overcharged us. There was no one to pick our order at the lobby so we had to go to the bar multiple times to order and then take our food. This wasn’t just us but all guests around our table. Our dishes were taken while we had breakfast in such a rude manner that we had to guard them so they are not picked upon before we are done with the food. The only greeting we have got from a staff passing by was upon checkout to ask if we were leaving the room (but I guess that’s too much to ask for given the above examples). Overall, I believe that guests expect to get a service matching the hotel stars and brand not just a pricey dirty room. We wouldn’t visit again, nor recommend the hotel. Lastly, if I were the one deciding whether this place lives up to the Hayatt chain standards, I would immediately take the brand name off the hotel

Everything is great, breakfast had a lot of choices and tasty, pool was clean and big, there is parking of the hotel, entrance with parking ticket that needs to be presented before checking out.

Fee for the pet was a bit high, but at least it is allowed, since many hotels don't let pets.

    10Slava_BucurestiPosted on: 8-8-2025

Exceptional hotel from Hyatt network. Everything there impressed me with its high quality starting from variety of breakfast offers finishing with amazing spa zone and pool with amazing panoramic view on the lake and mountains. This place is ideal for 1-2 days chill stop to admire nature around and hotel facilities lice, spa, pool, tennis, working around, big chess in the garden etc. They have big parking.

    Nothing to mention

    10IvelinaPosted on: 8-5-2025

Excellent breakfast, nice apartment and surrounding area.

    No outdoor pool.

    8MilenaPosted on: 7-24-2025

The room was very spacious, staff was friendly. The hotel is located in a very beautiful mountain area, with lake in front. There is huge parking, included in the price. The SPA facilities are great. The food was very tasty, although the main courses when you have dinner included could have more options to choose from.

The pillows had very unpleasant smell when you lay on them, although the pillowcases and sheets were clean. We couldn't figure out how the bathroom ventilation works and the TV's remote control didn't work.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful place, the facilities, the restaurant, and the views are all top-notch!

I'm not sure if putting a sensor into almost every light source in the room was such a good idea, especially if you're someone who can't sleep with lights on. Other than that everything was great!

    9Yunus E.Posted on: 7-13-2025

Great lake and mountain view. Comfy rooms.

Open buffet dinner. Very limited options doesn't worth its price. Workers in hotel barely speaks English. We had issue with communication.

    6KostovPosted on: 7-4-2025

Dinner is more like a three-star hotel

Little variety. Everything was different while Levski was camping at the hotel

    10IvanPosted on: 6-18-2025

The food situation was fantastic. The property was beautiful. The customer service was great. The room was deluxe.

There were loud people outside until around 3am each night with nobody enforcing silence. We had to sleep with our balcony door open because the AC unit doesn’t go below 23 degrees Celsius, but the noise from the parties downstairs carried a lot. Also, the waiters made me feel uncomfortable when they told me “no” to drinking certain beverages because they were exclusively for the group parties. But the beverages were in the buffet dining room. Weird moment for me.

    8KonstantinPosted on: 6-16-2025

Great location, nice facilities, friendly staff, delicious food

    - Walls are too thin and it was noisy while we were trying to sleep- There are NO free beverages during dinner, except of coffee and glass of water, which is ridiculous for a hotel from this category, if you want even a simple Cappy juice, you are charged 5 lv for 250 ml- The blankets are too thick and we were sweating while sleeping- The ice cream in the lobby had no visible price and it looked like it is for free, but we were charged 4 lv per ball

    3BorisPosted on: 6-9-2025

    The location and nature

The dirty and cold swimming pool, the dirty tables, the noisy and crowded dirty spa.

    10HristoPosted on: 5-27-2025

one night stay and breakfast there. Great variety of very delicious food and a lot of fruits. The view from the restaurant is superb for morning breakfast or coffee.

    No such a thing

    9StefanPosted on: 4-16-2025

The hotel is modern, the interiors look amazing, and the location is very picturesque. The amenities are great, and the restaurant and food are exceptional. Parking was not an issue, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We were a bit disappointed with the size of the suite we booked. It was supposedly 59m2, but the rooms were much smaller than expected. Perhaps the unnecessary large balcony is included. The other negative was that the kids' club did not open until noon which was inconvenient. Great hotel otherwise.

Loved the place and the view. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. We will definitely be back
