Great location in the quite place, good facilities, nice parking. Spacy room with everything you need inside. Really beautiful place to reset your mind.

The only thing that we didn't like is the bad smell in the room, especially around the bed

The view on the swimming pool side, the two girls from front desk , and the breakfast is good

1. When we check in, the towel was dirty and I think the clean lady didn’t bother to change, as they insist you can’t do earlier check in till 15 2. The pool during our stay (30-31 Aug ) there is South American family with 3 boys, age 7-10. With their water gun, screaming, jumping in the swimming pool, it’s def destroying the relaxation, it’s like no respect to other quest and I don’t see the hotel did anything about it.3. The bed is so small that me (170cm) and my husband (193) had hard time to squeeze on the bed4. We stayed in room 32, view for the street, then noisy from the street as the hotel only has one side view and another side is the road and you can hear it , luckily we stayed in summer so closed the window. Def not for winter or autumn to stay here 5. With above that, one night over 200 euros is too much to ask, no good C/P ratio

Very beautiful, good breakfast, comfortable, nice staff and very good dinner at restaurant. There is the possibility of drinking good wines in glasses.

There were cobwebs and insects in my room. I informed the hotel in advance about my 50th birthday and no welcome was given. I found it impersonal, just that.

Information about I.e charging of e-car upon arrival was very limited and in a poor English. Adriana however was later servicing us very well. ☺️We did not get an invoice on the day of departure so we could not check that all services had been charged. It appeared some glasses of wine were missing and this is now being trouble some to pay. Some noise from the bar goes up through the staircase during the late evening. The floor in our room was dirty upon arrival and not cleaned the next day. We had to ask to get it cleaned. We did not use the pool as it was full of guests with children.

Good standard of hotel with helpful staff. Had a lovely meal the evening we arrived and the breakfast was also excellent.

Nothing specific comes to mind, however there was some minor building work ongoing, which was not mentioned anywhere in the booking process?

Nothing, no negative points!

What a perfect weekend getaway! The structure is a perfect mix of chic and italian charm and still modern, with a beautiful spacious relaxing outdoor space and so welcoming. From even before arriving, the staff communicated with me and made sure I felt completely assured and safe that all my special requests would be met ( I am a vulnerable high risk person, so if I go somewhere has to be with the utmost sanitary and disease preventive measures). This made all the difference, THEY WERE TRULY MET! The consideration and care of Kristina, Ariana, Kiara, and all in the hotel was truly heartwarming and something that really needs to be pointed out. It did seem they were understaffed and STILL managed with great efficiency to satisfy all our special requests.ROOMS : very spacious and clean, beds very comfortable, bathroom spacious and neat, only thing I would suggest is to install a hand held shower additional to the waterfall type shower head. We had a family superior suite, and a double superior room. The family suite the decoration is simple and more to a "child" theme, which compared to the exquisite beauty of my daughter's double room, made me a little jealous of her room :D.The breakfast was amazing. The perfect selection of everything you might wish and with a undeniable quality of ingredients. 0 Km! Just the focaccia on its own was like eating a cloud of deliciousness! You have cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, muesli, eggs, bacon, and can order from the kitchen. I ordered an omelette which I can say was one of the best I have had in a hotel. A mix of organic juices that had a smoothness and freshness to taste that as I write this review I wish I had a glass in front of me! The restaurant was closed for dinner the day we arrived and they anyway arranged a private dinner for us! So kind! The location is perfect as well, surrounded by wineries, restaurants, everything. I could go on and on. Clearly WE LOVED IT! And hope to come back one day!

Would be great if they had staff at the bar, to order easier the delicious granitas and iced teas! So refreshing!

Little close to the road…

We stayed in a good-size family suite consisting of 2 rooms. The rooms are nicely designed and decorated. Breakfast was very good, with a choice of sweet and salty food and freshly cooked fried eggs or omelette. The hotel territory is very nice with an outside swimming pool that looks very tempting. There is a charger for electric cars, and a self-service wine bar that I've never seen before. Kristina from the reception was amazing! She was very welcoming and happy to share a lot of tips on the places to visit nearby.

Room is spacious and very comfortable.Close to the road but still very quiet at night.Staff is kind and helpful.Breakfast is GREAT.

- very friendly staff, always ready to help- very clean- nice view- big choice of food for breakfast

- very uncomfortable bathroom. the shower cabin was not waterproof, the water after taking the shower was all around the floor. the bathroom door lock was broken as well. - no free drinking water in the room, which for a price of + 300 EUR per night is absolutely unacceptable - triple room is too small for 3 people

really nice hotel in the vineyards with pool. The room was big and nicely decorated and the staff was super friendly. The food is of really good quality and the wine bar allows you to self taste several kinds of wines from the region

The hotel is close to a busy road and my room was just over it, however the windows are soundproof enough to reduce this noise.

Lovely pool, breakfast, staff - excellent spacious suite with very comfy beds and modern facilities.

It’s near a main road but you don’t notice that when you are there. It’s a drive, cycle intocentre of Caneli.

Great location, beautiful hotel, breakfast superb with local products, superfriendly and helpfull staff, we had had a great stay nearby Canelli!
