Excellent room, delicious breakfast, nice pool

The swimming pool was nice.We had a nice view over the pool. Lots of parking spaces.

Almost none staff members were speaking English. By check-in there was told that the one staff member that speaks English had a day off. We were waiting for some information and the check-in took more than 30 minutes. There was no map from the surroundings available so we had to figure it out on our own there to go etc. Breakfast was very sad, we stayed in the hotel for a couple nights and were at the breakfast way before closing time. Almost everything was finished and they were not adding more to the breakfast. You had to be lucky if there was cake left for breakfast. And all the tables were very dirty and full with dirty dishes.

In a quiet place, surrounded by a lot of greenery, a beautifully kept garden. Large swimming pool.

Looks nice when entering from the car park. Swimming pool should be nice during summer. Hotel could be a nice lactation but has some minors. However some nice local restaurants in the small city nearby.

Rooms are facing the dual carriage way and industrial zone instead of facing the quiet neighborhood. Noises all day and night, no chance to leave the window open. Aircon wasn't in operation so the room was damn hot during night. Room refurbishment is needed. Bathroom is pretty small with a tiny shower tub. Balcony is a nonsense. Breakfast room was in chaos. Tables not cleared, some dishes not refilled, not enough staff on duty. Spa was fully booked upon arrival.

Very nice property, well maintained. My room was larger than I expected and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the small balcony that looked out towards the pool. While the location is convenient, there is nothing around the hotel, you must have a car.

The bar/restaurant staff was a little grumpy

location to visit relatives in Ferrandina.

Breakfast presentation was appalling.Ventilation due to Italian ruling re AC not to be set below 25 deg C the hotel had just turned off all ventilation systems so no extract from shower / toilet no air movement in the room or common areas. no mesh to the balcony doorway to keep bugs out.Outside pool closed & use of indoor pool was not allowed despite it being on booking info.

The pool is big and nice. The gardens are well maintained. The hotel is clean. Breakfast staff were helpful.

Bathing cap policy in the pool was not signaled and either applied zealously or not at all. Staff at check-in were curt and at times staff were relatively unhelpful. WI-FI mainly unavailable, TV in one room wasn't functioning.
