The lady who attended at the reception was nice and understandingThe room was pretty good and comfortableThe spa was good and reasonably priced

1. The guy at the reception was a bit cold and it felt a bit unpleasant2. There was no detail included in our apartment e.g a bottle of water which most apartments offer3. The neighborhood wasn´t great

Restaurant is very good, good gym (public) compared to the fact it is a hotel. Room is comfortable, big parking for Spanish standards for the car. I didnt try the spa as it seems a but pricy

Best hotel stay with excellent staff, clean and amazing room.

Cannot open windows. Feels very steril. Loud music at all times in the restaurants.

Room lighting was impossible to manage one switch for off but not on, several lights operated from the thermostat!Dining area lit up like Blackpool illuminations so no atmosphere at all.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and the room clean and modern. Plenty of space in the hotel (paid) car park.Evening meal (1/2 board) had good choices but a pity it wasn't the same menu as the one displayed in the lift which included a glass of wine and water. Pavement bar outside to watch the world go by.

The very modern bathroom had a shower over the bath that wasn't very efficient.Not the hotel's problem but there is little do do or see in Binefar but the hotel is excellent just for a stopover on route.

The hotel has a restaurant and a bar and the kitchen is really great. Kudos to the chef(s)! Menu del dia is absolutely worthy

Very good breakfast. Modern, beautifully furnished room. Enjoyed our evening meal. An excellent overnight stay. Will return.

Tha attached cafe was wonderful with very cheerful staff. The food was very good. And you don’t have to wait until 8:30pm to get served. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean.

The front desk staff weren’t very friendly, probably because my Spanish wasn’t very good. The top floor wasn’t available for relaxing, drinks, and to see the city.

The gym is great, the bath the beds

Very comfortable stay on the way from Barcelona to Pyrenees Atlantiques in France in a small agricultural town. The rooms are hi-tech with smart appliances and many lighting options. Staff speaks English and very helpful, although in very small number for such a big facility. TV is super big. SPA is clean, warm, and modern.

1. Although positioning itself as an apart hotel with equipped kitchen there is not any utensils there. For every thing Younes réception you have to go and charge your card to authorise 20 EUR. İt would be better ıf hôtel pre- authorised the lump sum, while we enjoyed comfortable stay fully equipped with no more calls to reception. 2. Although it was quite comfortable and likely because it is new, some things are not thought well in advance, like the side the fridge door opens to. 3. SPA was off 1 hour before the end time and there was no one there in case of security and just to turn on the steam bath or sauna. Also we cannot accept the fact that children are not allowed to go to SPA - parents can take care of them, and there is nothing else to do for them in the whole town. 4. This is not dependant on the hotel but you have the smell of manure all around the town and on the hotel territory as well. 5. We have been missing instructions on the use of the smart lighting apparel, so when I went out at night and come back the light in the whole house turned on, disturbing my baby's sleep

The spa is pleasant. The rooms were clean. The staff were always polite and tried to make the stay positive.

We are a family of five, with children aged five and under. We booked an apartment here to be self-sufficient when it comes to preparing meals and also hoped our children would enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, this place isn't conducive for either and we had to pay a ridiculously high price (hundred and thirty per night) to find out. Firstly, the kitchen is poorly equipped - we didn't even have a proper knife (cutting vegetables, cheese etc), not enough cutlery for more than two-three people and no tea kettle or coffee pot. Upon complaining, the staff lent me a tea kettle against a deposit. They also went to their restaurant kitchen to borrow a solid cutting knife, only to be rebuked by their manager and actually knocking on our apartment door to take it back. You can cook pasta or microwave a pizza, but doing anything else is a pain. Secondly, when it comes to the spa - they only allow children in, that are six and older (no exemption or a specific time when it would be possible for the kids to take a swim without bothering others). Of course, this information is nowhere to be found on booking and had we known, we would probably not have chosen this facility at all. In sum: if you are a family with small children or want to be self-sufficient, steer clear!

A/C is really bad and the bedroom was hot as hell at night. Hot/cold water in the shower was not my best experience. Sofa needs to be cleaned Parking is covered but it’s open 24/7 to visit it trough the open gates

Kitchen closes pretty early (even a little bit earlier than the mentioned time and no snacks are available to help us. (We did come in very late.. but then again.. we asked for the most expensive room.. ) I would expect at least some snack availability

The hotel is very well equipped, the room are very spacious, and nicely decorated, there are tapa bars and restaurant, the breakfast is very good too,

the city was not very interesting, but it was safe, good thing also that there is a indoor parking

Modern and new hotel, clean, excellent parking, beds with the best mattresses, a supermarket near the hotel

There is a kitchenette but there are no dishes at all, an hour before breakfast closes a lot of the variety of foods is missing, poor wifi
