Hotel Berga Park

Nice room. Spatious enough.

Cannot find staff at most time. Was left alone for breakfast. Could only get a coffee after 20 min waiting.

Easily accessible, close to the city center and still a very quiet location. The staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Bed towels and linens felt new.

Rooms are a bit “tired” although spic and span. Breakfast could definitely use some improvements, especially coffee. Fruit was mostly very hard and unripe.

Room was for 3 adults but one was a short sofa bed which would suit a child

Rooms DO NOT have air con even when advertised. First room toilet and shower were broken, second room we were moved to, the TV didn’t work.

Hotel is clean and tidy and the reception staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Welcoming, the staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were all that was needed for a one night stay, clean and cosy.

Would be great to have a coffee machine/kettle to make a hot drink at night but apart from that, everything else was perfect

It was a little bit run down in style. Some of the room wasn't that clean and there were hairs on the floor and sofa. But the bed linen and bathroom looked clean. It was cheap, so it was basically what I expected. I just would have liked it a bit cleaner.

The reception desk had a lady which spoke highly fluent English. She was super helpful to answer our questions. Location is great for visiting Berga and the where about. Clean and great value for money. Easy parking outside the hotel

the staff was extremely helpful - it was my birthday and he helped us with finding a restaurant for our celebration. the room and the bed was comfortable.

the breakfast was with very few options.Berga itself as a city is not a beautiful place

It was kind of basic for the price we paid.I guess it is offer and demand but, the feeling is quite cold, meaning, not cosy.

I use this hotel every time I travel to Berga (which is about once per month). The staff are amazing and super friendly. The rooms are an excellent size and very quiet. The hotel is a short walk from the city centre.

The choice of restaurants close to the hotel is limited however, the main centre is an easy walk.

Very dated/basic,it needs some tlc/upgrades,don't know who gives out the stars because it is not worthy of its 3 star rating.

The staff were exceptional at the hotel, nothing I required was too much trouble. The area is fairly central and very quiet. The main shopping area is about a 10 minute walk.

The bed was a little uncomfortable for me, the caveat on this comment is that I suffer from a bad back, so hotel beds can be an issue.
