Very nice for a 2 stars. Very clean.

Restaurant very noisy. The doors are not sound proof. Rude guest did loud speaking in the corridor at midnight. We woke up often both night of your stay because of the noise.

Came for family celebration and limited choice of hotels in this area. Adequate but could do with a makeover Shower over bath and no air conditioning and only one electric socket in room. Staff lovely. Perfectly clean. Breakfast a little Spartan too

The staff was friendly, quick to help, the breakfast met my needs and the room was comfortable. Overall, no complaints.

Hot water didn’t work, there were no facilities in the room.

Extremely comfortable bed, clean room, bath (yes!) and a short stroll to the centre of town for restaurants and bars.

Thin walls and slamming doors (it really was difficult to close the main door, the bathroom door or even the wardrobe doors without making a noise). I could hear our otherwise quiet neighbour in the next room using the toilet, washing his hands and even drying his hands through the very thin walls. Luckily no noise from outside the hotel!

Easy to find and good free parking next to hotel: friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing really.

Decent sized clean room and nice bathroom where the Staff were helpful and polite. Parking is not secure but parked the motorcycle in hotel car park round the back and locked it with a padlock and chain. Food served in the hotel restaurant in the evening was fine and the breakfast buffet had all the usual items - cereals, bread, cheese, ham, tortilla, fruit, pastries etc.

The air conditioning was not working at all. A floor standing fan was provided which just circulated the hot air around the room so we did not have a good night's sleep. The bathroom window was in the shower area and looked out to the rear of the hotel building which meant that the bathroom window had to be closed to afford privacy. Additionally this was an issue because the window needed to be open for air flow as the a/c wasn't working.

The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room had a comfortable bed and a bit of a view. Nearby are some bars and restaurants and town is a little stroll. Breakfast was fine, again, very woman running breakfast. We didn't have dinner there sadly, because it looked much nicer than the terrible pretend Japanese we had up the road. O yes, and it has parking onsite.

Located at edge of old city. Good cafe and restaurant downstairs.

Clean and the room had space for out luggage.

Could not be guaranteed a double room, only provided with a twin, despite superior double being still available to book online - no upgrade option offered. Room lacking and facilities other than basic bed and bathroom. OK for one night but would not suit a long trip.

The receptionist didn't book us for breakfast despite our request and when we came down within the breakfast opening hours, it was already closed. No air con in the room and noisy environment outside
