Super relaxing weekend, beautiful property and nice village to walk into

Food was not that great for Italian standards. We had a better diner in a restaurant in the village.

Eliza at the spa was the most welcoming and kind person at the resort.

Initial interaction with the staff at the lobby was not so welcoming. However, after complaining they stepped up.

The various pools are excellent. Stunning views of Val d’Orcia.

Reception desk staff was cold, lines recited without individual consideration. No ‘welcome back’, no ‘nice to see you again’. Perhaps staff is in training?

Almost everything was not worth it ,saying, maybe 3 stars hotel minus!*food - 1/10 very ? , no food from 10:00-20;00 , and when there is food is one of the worst in Italy, so sad.*service -4/10 only because we got some good help from the main desk, everything thing else in the hotel was 0/10.* facility - 2/10 - everything old, not renovated and not really good ? * pools - 4/10 not really warm and fun , missing few degrees in the water, and we were in 16° sunny days.There are some other issues, but I will keep it to myself. If you still want to go after what I have written up, good luck ?.

Perfect getaway, large rooms, countryside location with great views and great surrounds.

Very crowed SPA aria, it is not reasonable to spend the room price to be not able to come to SPA facilities (sauna, salted room etc) because there are too many people on intraday ticket

The property, The spa, The massages by Sabrina, The hot pools, The great staff were all fantastic. Air conditioning worked well. A Very Good stay.

The bed pillows were dreadful and should be updated. The restaurant food not of the standard we expected from Leading Hotels Brand and dinner doesn’t start till 8pm but understand the hotel caters more for a half board guest situation rather than top quality dining. The cost per night is high, but we would return here if price was right, even if just to use the hot pools and spa facilities.

The location is very nice. The views were amazing. The town of San Casciano Dei Bagni is very charming.

Having stayed at several spa properties, we found this property to be lacking the overall calming design we have come to expect. We understand its age but it needs some work.

Breakfast was great, except for the piece of glass we found at the Crostata. The location is beautiful and the staff is nice !!!

Everything! Staying here was an absolute dream. From the surrounding nature, to the spa, and the extremely friendly staff

The beauty of the scenery. It is so serene and relaxing. The thermes and gardens. We also really liked our room, the spa area and the gym. Those are absolutely worth going and we will be back.

We weren’t impressed by the food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) . Overrated and not enough selection for a longer stay. We were also surprised to find so few tuscan traditional dishes. Another minus was the fact that we booked a room with balcony but the balcony had lots spiders web and spiders and whilst it was written garden view, in reality it is backyard view on the bushes. So booking a balcony room wasn’t worth it for us.

Location, kindness, skillfulness of the staff, in particular Marco at the physioterapeutical massage, the maître d’hotel at the restaurant and the receptionists.

The spa and the views.

Dated rooms. Air conditioning wasn’t working and it was 25degrees in the room and the windows had a sign that shouldn’t be left open for prolonged periods due to insects. Only one restaurant and overpriced for the quality of the food.

The thermal spa facilities at the Hotel were exceptionally good. They were varied, open all day, very clean and well serviced by staff, both for towels, accessories and safety. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and provided us with the exact information we required to get the maximum benefit from the spa waters. The hotel staff were similarly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel drivers who undertook our transfers to and from Florence Airport to the hotel were particularly good: friendly, informative, polite and very safe drivers.

It hard to find anything that we did not like. The only downside for us was that at the weekends, the Spa facilities were particularly busy, and much more noisy than during the week, when we had the advantage of staying during the Off Season.

I made one reservation for 2 double bedrooms for my husband and I and our, 12 years old daughter and they gave us 2 rooms located in the opposite sides of the hotel, ridiculous!
