    • Very comfortable room with a beautiful view. Great breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Staff is very friendly. Grato spa is really nice.
    • The hotel is super nice, and the breakfast is lovely. The staff is super supportive, and the spa is not spacial but gets everything inside, relaxing and refreshing. Highly recommend.
    • Great atmosphere great breakfast fun location great value for price

    Cons -

    • The parking lot could be more organized, as there are no lines and people just park at any angle.
    • The atmosphere in the hotel (with the exception of reception) is dark and oppressive. Heavy, dark furniture in the room with little natural light. Likewise the beautiful breakfast room. Very romantic at the Bend for dinner in its grotto-like layout. In the morning, almost without daylight, it looks gloomy. The bike cellar is a storage room accessible through the outside area of the restaurant and an employee has to unlock it. A little inconvenient for a self-proclaimed bike hotel.
    • The room was noisy. Noise from the village outside as well as from the hotel inside. Sleeping with the window open is difficult. The fan in the bathroom is definitely too loud and should be replaced. The menu card is imaginatively written, a bit confusing. Could be more concise and beautifully designed.Drinking water dispenser in the spa is not appealing. Instead of plastic and cardboard cups, glasses could simply be provided. The bubble functions did not work properly. Sauna was set a little too hot. Regular checks should be carried out. Nevertheless, the spa is a relaxing experience!

The location in the centre of the beautiful mountain village is great. The staff is very friendly and courteous.A good breakfast for Italy. In addition to typical sweet dishes (delicious cakes, various croissants and pastries), it also includes ice cream, yoghurt, fruit, bread and cold cuts.

Situated on a hill in medieval surroundings, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the beautiful countryside. The village is cosy and secluded right next to the small castle and only a few minutes' drive to the gates of historic castle town of San Marino. The location is ideal as a starting point to explore the area. The hotel is very inviting, Italian old building charm, renovated. Secure parking spaces are available outside behind the hotel. Nice clean rooms, small but adequate. The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. The small spa (separately to order) is a grotto with stone walls and wood, perfect for relaxing after a long journey. The breakfast is plentiful and beautifully presented. The in-house restaurant Al Mastin Vecchio is in a beautifully decorated authentic wine cellar, good cuisine with competent service. Great ambience for a romantic dinner.

The hotel has such character with its underground caves and indoor spa. Close to delicious restaurants and in a beautiful small town. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We booked a room with a balcony and a wonderful mountain view. The room had enough space and was really cozy. We had an hour access to the spa which was very relaxing. The breakfast was great and we had a variety of options.

This propriety is situated in a magical little town where the time looks stopped making you experience the old beauty of this little town, kids still playing in the plaza, you can enjoy the good traditional food from the various restaurants around the hotel, enjoy the beautiful view and meet very friendly local people. From the hotel you can reach San Marino in less than 15 minutes driving, the beautiful town of Rimini where you can enjoy the beaches or with kids you can spend a fun day in Italia in Miniatura or the water park or the amusement park Mirabilandia, the aquarium, etc… the hotel s stuff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and there is a very nice relaxing and romantic SPA. Me and my family can’t wait to go back!

The friendly staff and very clean place and the amazing view.

The bed was amazing. And the spa, had 1 hour private with my partner to relax and enjoy the Nice spa. Fantastic. Nice breakfast.

Its located in a cozy town , Maybe a bit small for us.

The food in the restaurant was fabulous, the waitress in the morning were not very cheerful! The waitress for dinner was excellent!

The room depicted in the advertising was a little deceiving! I felt like I was being shown a Corvette and received a Chevette! The rooms were smaller then depicted in the advertisement! All in all it was very clean, and nice for a few days!

This is great place to relax and get away from it all. Super helpful staff. Wonderful location and facilities.

The restaurant was great but maybe needed a few regular night dishes as well as the cordon bleu ones.

I really enjoyed the location. It's exactly in the center of Verucchio, and from most rooms there's a gorgeous view of the hills and valley. I also liked their spa area, which was really relaxing and left me feeling refreshed and energized.

Helpful receptionist for our trip to San Marino who suggested getting the cable car from car park 11.Nice clean room.

Restaurant food was nice. only minor negative was the food could have been served hotter on warmed plates.

The location is absolutely exceptional, romantic and with several great views either of the mountains or of the sea, which is about 20 km away. Even the hotel itself is very romantic, with underground corridors, a private wellness area, an interestingly divided multi-level restaurant with a wine bar, where everyone can find their own corner of private comfort. Our attic room also included a small rooftop patio with views of the town's rooftops and mountain range. The attic has a reduced headroom, so it is not quite suitable for very tall guests ;). Every day the hotel service changed our clothes and made our beds, so from our point of view cleanliness was taken care of more than above standard. Although there were a few things that could have been better, we were fully satisfied and would happily recommend staying at this hotel :).

The room service manager should do a better job of setting up a schedule for checking the room amenities, as two light bulbs were not working in our room, which they fixed immediately. Also, one hinge on the sliding door of the shower was damaged, which did not prevent the use of the door, but it did not look good visually for a 4* hotel. On the wall under the TV, one slot in the electrical double outlet did not work, so the table lamp had to be unplugged when we wanted to plug in the phone charger. Other outlets were then hidden behind the bedside tables near the floor, so the most convenient second electrical outlet was in the bathroom. These are just details that together like this can make a very bad impression, but the electrical sockets hidden behind the bedside tables are the fault of the bad work of the designer, and it is more of a tip from us to improve by moving them above the nightstands for the nearest minor building modifications, than criticism of the service. But the hinge of the shower door, or a non-functioning one slot of the electric socket can be solved with simple routine service maintenance, and it is these details that slightly spoil the impression of an otherwise perfect service. Despite these details, we like to give an excellent rating, because we know how difficult it is to do business in services and how difficult it is to capture all the details that can be improved and for which we can get a storm of criticism from a number of very critical clients who themselves have not created anything of value in their lives.

Restaurant is excellent. Hospitality is excellent. Town is very charming.

Breakfast was pretty good though a little tired after a few days.
