Pros +
- We used this hotel as it was convenient for a chateau wedding we were attending. I particularly requested air con (& checked we were allocated before we arrived) Our room #5 was large and did indeed have air con. The bed was clean. The town is small but had an I retesting local market and a couple of restaurants. Most things close on a Sunday!
- The evening meal was excellent - and really good value. One of the best main courses on our trip. Wine good too. Breakfast was fine
- Easy to find in the centre of town. Parking is free in the street outside. The staff are lovely. The rooms are huge and very, very comfortable. The restaurant serves good food at a very good price. Laurence helped us immensely as she spoke excellent English and gave us great recommendations.

- Staff did not speak English as advertised so check in and check out were very brief. Overall cleanliness was only adequate and rooms could do with some updating. Our bedding and towels were not changed all week. Breakfast s definitely not worth the money. Definitely go to local cafes. The choice was stale and limited. It was overpriced. Overall the stay was only adequate.

Dark & Dingy. shower didn't have a curtain or a screen so water went allover the place, toilet seat looseThe evening restaurant was closed as Chef & Kitchen had Covid. Despite this the hotel offered NO help in finding a place to eat. We went to 6 bars and only one had food - Piazza.

Lack of shower curtain, no lock on bathroom door and toilet seat small and basic.
The staff here would extremely accommodating and I would have liked more time to enjoy the hotel and restaurant. A really pretty older style hotel with a lovely outdoor courtyard.
The toilet flush/refill was so noisy!
