Pros +
- Hotel is in very good location for visiting Bologna, Modena and Maranello. Near the hotel you can find many shops. In the same building is a very good restaurant. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and big.
- The Pizzeria attached to the hotel is excellent.
- Hotel was near where we wanted to be and was easy to find. The facilities were fine.
Cons -
- The room interior is very dated - all the power sockets are of the old Italian type so I could not plug any appliances in.There was no water in the bathroom in the morning.
- The vegetation on the roadside made spotting the hotel slightly difficult, it could have been easily missed
- Generally ok... but bad internet, rusty shower, and leaking toilet with not enough flush power in toilet to flush.. you know what.. no access to anything necessary to stay for few nights with basic comfort - water boiler at least- nothing. and loud restaurant just under the rooms. You cant do much about the restaurant.. but the rest deffinetly possible to improve with minimum cost.

Air condition in room (loud but ok... its good to have it) bright room because of big window, and big comfortable bed.
