the location was nice

The breakfast was awful. there was only a bowl with some kind of fruit salad, a croissant and 3 small pieces of a baguette sandwich which was at least a couple days old and hard as a rock. Also in the morning the corridors out of the rooms were smelling awful, like a mix of someone that has just gone to the toilet and cheap air-freshener

Very clean and friendly hotel in a converted rural villa. A nice garden around, and a friendly atmosphere

I noticed that they changes the fragrances of the soap and the body/hair shower gel. We personally loved it.Reception managed to sort the mess with the booking with a very short notice and we could start an extra day.

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. It is in a convenient location to get to area excursions.

It really was not in a walkable location. You definately need a car. The on site restaurant was only open limited hours so we did not eat there.

I appreciated the 5 of us were able to stay in one room with enough beds.

The staff in the dining room for breakfast were not the most talkative?? It didn't feel welcoming....

Location was great for us. Easy to find and close to the local attractions. The dinner was great, and the breakfast also. Recommend it for families!

We saw some broken windows, perhaps from a hail storm. But, was only visual as they are double glazed. They gave us another room so we were happy with the service.

Noisy in the morning since the hotel is located next to a busy street.

Very conveniently located if you want to visit Venise "sur la mer". Great, great staff. They are willing to explain you everything you need to know about your visit - with a smile, even if they must repeat the same thing thousand times a day. We had a little problem with the air conditioning - at around 11h00pm, and even then, the staff was happy to help. We had a room for 3 people, very large room for European standards, and a very large bathroom, that was more than expected. Price was a bit low, so we were expecting something less than what we've got, we loved the breakfast (only 5 euros I believe) and as I said, very conveniently located. Definitively, we'll be back - since we enjoyed so much Venise! :)

They first gave us an occupied room (which, by the way, reeked of cigarettes), in the room there were only 2 beds (for 3 people), and we were 4, as stated in the reservation. We were told there was no possibilty to add an extra bed (fair enough, as the room was small to fit the existing beds as is).We asked about the possibility of having breakfast. We were told about the price and the schedule. Next morning, we went to the restaurant 45 mins before closing time and the Restaurant was closed. The Front desk staff asked the restaurant, but they said that no option of bfast was available anymore. We should have been told to book it in advance.Very dissapointing.

Spacy hotel. Quiet. Good restaurant with nice food and wine.

Beautiful hotel, good room size and fantastic restaurant. Perfect car park and useful lift to go to higher levels. Ac works perfectly and you have everything you need. Really kind staff
