The air conditioner was not working. The room was very hot all the time.The girl from the front desk was all the time very rude. The hotel is old and don’t have the necessary commodities.

I loved the beach which was just a throw stone. Indoor pool was warm and was able to swim while my baby girl sat by the lounges. Very cozy beds. Staffs were very good from the reception to restaurant to the bar. All of them. Very active team of staffs.

They should improve on food. Very repeatative.

Location, close to the sea, big rooms and the shower was great!

Too warm in the room. The bathroom also had a strange smell.Getting a coffee in the morning took far too long. Would suggest you either bring coffee to the guests when they sit down or install a self service machine. Coffee is so important to have available to guests the first thing in the morning. I had to wait for 10mins and if I stayed more than 1 night then it would have been the daily stress and frustration…

Coming back for the fifth time, i think this speaks for itself. Home away from home, literally. :) We love how clean it is, food is good and personal is amazing.

location of the hotel, middle of nowhere.to get to the nearest town was €40 one way.SAME food every single day, small selection without any description to tell you what they were and didn't taste great either.The alcohol drinks are all watered down, the proper drinks they charge you extra.indoor pool not very cleanAs for the housekeeping, they did a terrble job at cleaning the room, (an example: there was a toenail on the floor when we arrived and was still there when we left) house keeping might aswell done nothing at all.For the control of the aircon, reception desk controls it for you.In the hotel theres no effort or entertainment for the guest, if you want to eat cheap food everyday, sit around the pool and then go to sleep then come here as there isn't anything else you could do.Last thing to mention is we booked all inclusive, only to be told this is the name of the hotel as" La luna all inclusive" which didn't say on booking.com so we paid extra at the hotel desk. A TOTAL SCAM!Only gets 2 stars instead of 1 because of the friendly staff

This hotel is perfectly positioned right on a crystal-clear blue sea beach, offering peace and tranquility. The room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable - I had the best sleep in a long time.The food selection was excellent at every meal. The all-inclusive package includes a great range of drinks, adding to the overall experience.The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free getaway!

Dirty room, alcoholic beverages part of the all inclusive package are watered down, broken pieces of plastic around the pool inside an outside, jacuzzi child-luke warm.

Hotel was clean ,there was a selection of foods every day so u had every time something to eat .staff was trying to be as helpful as they could except those from reception. Clean pool and a quiet location except when the kids went rampage at the pool and the parents just watched .

When we arrived, there was "no parking spaces ," but in fact there were many, but they reserved them for people who gave them a big tip, and when we asked about them, they said that these places are for handicaps,they lied .There's no choice of alcohol... it's just some cocktails that are pre-mixed and taste like nothing, beer, and like 5 local drinks, all made from plum brandy and some fruits .The entrace in the see was steep in like 3m it was too deep for those who don't swim and to small 10-20 people at the same time and no more place .Sunbeds were reserved at 7am ,people just trow a towel on it and then came at noon Nothing to do for adults

Building needs renovating. Rooms don’t feel like a hotel by the sea, more like a business hotel.

The location was amazing and nice staff.

Not everything was available has stated, the saunas weren't working, the food was not good at all (I personally was really disapointed with this). And no explanations whatsoever about how things worked around the hotel. Seemed like nobody really cared. Wouldn't recommend buying the all-inclusive option (I think you would be better served eating at the nearby restaurants)

Our stay at this hotel was truly outstanding, especially when it comes to the food offerings. The food was incredibly delicious, and the variety was diverse and satisfying for all tastes. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a real treat. We particularly enjoyed the fresh local specialties that perfectly complemented the ambiance.The hotel stands out particularly for its amenities for children. From outdoor inflatable toys to a modern PS5 console in the playroom, every child can find something to enjoy. The animators were fantastic, constantly organizing games and activities that kept the kids entertained and happy.The hotel staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a smile and helped us with everything we needed. Every team member was extremely attentive and accommodating, which truly enhanced our overall positive experience.All in all, our stay was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families with children. We are already planning our next visit!

The view and location are excellent! Also great bar and very nice bartenders.

Insufficient variety of fruits especially for breakfast. If you come to lunch/dinner later there is a smaller choice of food and salads. Very slow refill of coffee cups and cutlery at breakfast, also slow refill of food at lunch and dinner (there were no deserts refilled for at least 30 minutes) and if you ask for it you seem like a “burden” to the waiters.

The room was nice and the view from it was beautiful.

The freezing cold water in the swimming pool outside ? We booked all inclusive, but they always run out of different food and drinks if you didnt come to dinner and lunch as soon as it started.

Coming back for the 3rd year and it is always a pleasure! You can not beat this location...The sea is perfectly clear and the surroundings meant to just relax and enjoy. The room was really clean and comfy, food tasty, staff friendly and helpfull. Will be back again!

Exeptional location, great food, friendly staff. Level of cleanliness is on point and La Luna is the perfect place to just relax and enjoy. Will be back for sure!

Luna has the perfect relaxing and private location to enjoy a calm holiday. The staff is really nice and always ready to assist and help the guests. Lovely place with great beach views and local delicacies.

Very beautiful, the view of the sea from the room was breathtaking. The restaurant near the sea and the pools (inside and outside) plus the sauna and wellness centre were very nice

It offered a lot of services, but for an hotel of this caliber there were many things ruined or simply a bit old. With a few touches and care it would be even better
