A spacious, comfortable room with a great view. Small but excellent beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The service was awful for a 5 star hotel. Staff's English is very poor and at times they come across rude.Waiting times at the beach club restaurant were awful. Well over 30 minutes to get service.

We had a wonderful time at Marinca together with my partner and our two dogs. The hotel is gorgeous and very well located with a wonderful beach! Staff of the hotel were really incredible and very kind and friendly - we have never been to a more dog friendly hotel anywhere else in the world before! The views were amazing, SPA was great and staff was very well trained. Rooms were new and bright and kept very clean with cleaning service twice a day. The hotel offers free valet service which was very convenient. Very good food and overall the facilities were amazing.

Great stay so little scope for improvement. Only the gym is rather small and not well equipped so this is one area of improvement. I didn’t always have water and had no cleaning wipes etc to use after exercising to wipe the machines. The room is great but the bathroom would get „flooded” after every shower, which could perhaps be improved.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect spot. Beautiful beach and great views from rooms and common areas.

Lovely staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the views wonderful.

My wife struggled with the 180 steps from the beach to our room. The Paillote restaurant wasn’t great; (all meat dishes bien cuit). Lunch menu could have been different to evening menu with simpler dishes; salads, pizza etc

- SUNBEDS on the beach are TO PAY- NO 5 STAR hotel feeling, its a very old hotel which was recently renovated, all the premesis are rather narrow (entrance, rooms, corridors, terrace…)- the whole corridor in the 1. basement was really smelling/stanky (i think according to much humiditiy, questionable mold?)- climatisation sometimes inefficient/at night sometimes there was also a bad smell in the room (smells like from canalisation…)- for about 500 euro/night in june without breakfast and sunbeds its absolutely overpaid in my opinion, in this price segment you normally get much better hotels

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Marinca Hotel, and our experience was largely positive. The staff at the hotel truly stood out for their friendliness, genuine care, and professionalism. It was evident that they consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort, making us feel valued and special. The two restaurants of the hotel were nice and breakfast was nice too. We particularly enjoyed the hotel's private beach, which offered a breathtaking view and a serene atmosphere, allowing us to relax and unwind. The spa was also very nice and relaxing. To top it all off, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a larger suite than we had initially booked. The suite was very spacious and well equipped, and had a big terrace with beautiful views over the gulf. The romantic dinner organised by the hotel on the private beach for my wife and I was a delightful experience and we absolutely loved it.

Due to the location of our suite next to the lobby and bar, we experienced noise disturbances on the last three nights of our stay because of a large group having a hard time containing their voices (especially on the final night, when we had to contact the reception). This felt a bit underwhelming and not in line with the standing of the hotel.

The view, the restaurant, excellent massage, TV with Netflix and Canal plus to sign in my own account. Beach was superb. Staff extremely well trained and professional.

Lots of stairs. The bathroom is not separate although a screen mechanism in place.

The sea

I had allergy from the dirty sheets.Some of the room service staff were too lazy to get us our requests. No elevator with too many stairs to the beach.

The structure was perfect, modern and clean.The staff was super nice and available at any time

The hotel is gorgeous. We had a beautiful room with and amazing view. The room had every amenity you could think of. It was clean, new and wonderful. The food at the restaurants was delicious . The service was impeccable.

The entire hotel was fantastic, the location, the views from our room and other public spaces, the private beach and beachside restaurant. The food was very good, particularly our dinner on the terrace. The spa and facilities were also excellent. Staff were also very helpful and accomodating.

The gym could be better equipped for the calibre of hotel and larger. It would also be good if the hotel could find some way to attract the bee's away from the breakfast area in the mornings so that we could eat our food in peace.

the STAIRS! everywhere! and the only elevator leading to the beach was out of order (has been for at least a year it seems). if you have mobility problems like me it really is a problem. we had requested a car lift from the beach and after waiting for it for 20 mins, decided to climb the steep stairs…

hidden away right on the beach overlooking the bay. Beautiful design, great cocktails, and amazing customer service. welcome bottle of champagne on arrival along with a rich chocolate cake. Loved the Clinique toiletries and finishing touches such as evening turndown service with bedside treats and chocolates.

not much! My stay was too short! Need to get in early to secure poolside cabanas during busy periods
