    Pros +

    • Great location to walk to places to eat and shop. Very close to the train station.
    • Little gold mine of a hotel in a really great location to explore the city. The stay was super cheap for the amazing quality of rooms and staff. I went there in winter so maybe it's not the same year round, but unlike Mons, there was a free parking lot close by. Also located right next to a big wholesale grocery store (Colruyt) and water park (Le Point d'Eau)
    • Reasonable hotel in a fairly dull town, conveniently close to the rail station for going to other places. Room clean and comfortable, fairly quiet, bathroom fine. Reception helpful. Would use again if I had to go to La Louviere.

    Cons -

    • Wish it had a coffee station
    • La Louvière isn't spectacular for sight seeing so don't expect Paris, but the hotel makes the city a great place to relax while you're enroute to other nearby more expensive locations such as Mons or Brussels (1 hour by train).
    • Stench of cigarettes in the corridor to my room

I was impressed with the staff at the reception mostly Matteo, who display exceptional customer service . Well done to all the staff at the reception, as they keep a good communication with us.

The room was on the second floor, without a lift, it was challenging.A restaurant in the facility, it will make life more easy

Lively location with lots of choice for food and a car park with lots of cameras just around the corner.

There was quite a lot of outside noise that came into the rooms, however we were there during the Euros and the whole town was pretty noisy so I would imagine everywhere in town would have been noisy.

Location was perfect, very close to the railway station. Also, there were many restaurant near the hotel.

There is no breakfast option at the hotel.

Location was perfect, next to the railway station. Staff was kind, everything was clean.

There is no breakfast option, and in the bakery nearby there is a long queue for pastries and coffee.

Very comfortable, accessible hotel. Spacious room. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Two of our party stayed in an apartment in La Louve hotel. This helped our room which lacked a kettle, though it had a fridge & microwave. We were based in La Louviere to visit Binche. Excellent public transport links.

    Kettle would have been nice.

Perfect location. Very quiet and efficient apartment to work in the City Center of La Louvière. My favorite place in the city for now.

Hotel is near to the train station and near to perfect bakery/boulangerie. The room was quite big, there is a little kitchen which was useful. The receptionist was able to communicate in english language.

We were surprised there wasn't normal window and despite the size of the room, we felt little bit claustrophobic. There were only 2 skylights and not enough lights (especially above the table) It was quite humidous apartment and even though we didn't find any mold, we could smell some staleness. However the room looked pretty clean and not very old

The location was OK. Not far from a free public parking lot, and a paid lot was even closer, street parking was hit or miss. Front desk staff were as helpful as they could be. Very nice team. The room was generally clean, if very worn; they worked with what they had. Clean sheets, no bedbugs. Bathroom was fairly decent sized.

Bathroom sink was clogged, and smelled bad.The air conditioning was mostly non-operational. With no operational air conditioning, I had to keep my windows open. Homeless people and partiers were smoking tobacco and weed under my windows every night, well into the early hours making my non-smoking room a moot point. Motorcycle street races seemed to occur 2-3 times a week, and there seemed to be some kind of midnight street brawl every other night. There was a guy selling drugs most nights at the paid parking lot.

The reception team and the housekeeper lady were terrific. The Hotel is in a great location, and the price is excellent.

    It’s location

Smell of smoke on landing. Insecure toilet seat, stained toilet, door that rattled continuously and being woken at 1am and 3am by other guests screaming and shouting so got very little sleep.

    8PeterPosted on: 7-15-2023

Central location, clean, ensuite bathroom, good Patisserie nearby for breakfast. Friendly front desk and welcome.

Noise from street which Thankfully ceased later in the night. Sink plug hole was open and as a result a small tube of cream fell down and took great effort to arrive. The electric fan heater resting on the floor, hard wired to the wall did not look suitable for a wet bathroom environment. Presumably this has been checked.

    7Jean-pierrePosted on: 7-13-2023

    near the center

the street too much noise, too hot in the room.

Big and cozy room. Big bath. Close to the city center.

    Lack of kettle

    good space, great location

noise through out the night from above

    8VadimirPosted on: 2-23-2023

Location near the train station (10 min walk). Parking is 4 Eur per day, and it is very close to the hotel.

The water faucet in room 25 is too short so it was very inconvenient to wash hands.

    6HichamPosted on: 10-27-2022

    Staff courtesy

Noise heard from people moving inside the building although I had a good spacy room on the 2nd floor and noise from the side and main street (people laughing and screaming mostly young lads late at night)
