It is a very quite place with spacious room.

When we arrived in the room at 9pm, the windows were opened without mosquito nets. As a result, the room was full of mosquitos. Because it was cold outside, the room was also pretty cold with no possibility to have heating. Additionally, there were no toilette paper! It looks like the hotel does not care too much to have their guests feeling welcome. I would not recommend this hotel.

A very friendly host - but see below. Nice building, clean room with good facilities and a decent bathroom and shower. Excellent evening meal, though not cheap, but again, see below.

The owner is very friendly, but seems to spend so much time talking to her other guests and 'regulars' that one is left waiting around for long periods. When we first arrived, she met us in Reception and asked us to wait a minute, and then spent ages chatting to a couple of people sitting in the bar before we could check in. The evening meal was similar; the food was excellent, but we had been sitting down for 40 minutes before it was served and when we had finished and had coffee, the plates were still in front of us, not cleared away, while she chatted to other people in the bar.This may sound petty to some, but maybe we're a little old-fashioned and like a bit of traditional service, especially when we are paying a not inconsequential price for it. We decided to forgo breakfast in the morning because we were worried we wouldn't get away before lunch time!

Fantastic hosts who were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner options are available. Great location close to Menen and Wervik. Close to the canal, which was great for cycling and running. The room was comfortable and wifi worked well. We will definitely go back when we are next in the area.

Particularly pet friendly , I stayed there with a young puppy and the owners of the location were so helpful- even setting up a local vet for us and helping sort out the appointment and associated paperwork. Really lovely family and cheerful even when busy ! Good sized rooms and our room cool in the afternoons- perfect if you have a pet .

The location a little out of the two local towns but fine to walk as there are footpath/cycle paths to both shops , restaurants and cafe .- about 1km or so .

This hotel is in an ancient familly house, the building is beautiful and very well kept!It is run by a familly, that are welcoming and very friendly. it feels like a home away from home, and that is something very rarely achieved, well done to the hosts!!!

Wanderful location managed by wonderful people. We visited a concert in Wervik and this stay was perfect. Everything excellent!

very nice and cozy place, renovated from 15th century horse stable. comfortable and clean rooms. very nice and helpful family owners, you will enjoy staying at this place, especially during the cold days sitting in front of fireplace. recommendacion!

We were unsure about breakfast, but ended up taking continental every morning, handy location for our trip to watch Rally Ypres.

Our room,#13 could have done with mosquito protection , and only two tv channels ?

It's a nice place with a view on the countryside and fields. Plenty sitting possibilities outside. Convenient parking and a nice guest lady.

We did not appreciate the 2 single beds sliding from each other the whole time and no air-conditioning in the room just during the hot summer months so very hard to sleep.The breakfast was probably lovely and large but unfortunately the plates were almost all empty when we arrived, all cleared out by a big noisy group of people (certainly not the fault of the B&B though).

Nice, quiet location with access to three other countries (by car). Great host.

Would be good to have conditioner in room. But even w/o conditioner it was OK.

In idilic setting, the transformation from farm buildings into the accommodation was tastefully done.
