Pros +
- The rooms were great and all the staff was very attentive. The food was wonderful!
- Comfortable room with an excellent shower. Convenient restaurant attached to the hotel, plentiful nearby shops for supplies.
- Large rooms and great stadium experience.
Cons -
- No onsite shop for necessities and though there are many very close by they close fairly early, leaving you without a way to get toiletries or late night food or snacks. There weren't any vending machines and no ATM on site or nearby. Very loud music would sometimes randomly play from the speakers in the hallway even at night. It was otherwise quiet when I was there but I think it would be quite noisy if there was an event being held while you were there.
- Even it is a non-smoking hotel and non smoking rooms, other guests that stays in sky-boxes exits to stadium and smokes there. In that case we can't keep the window opened as smell comes in. Such rules shall be not even declared, but also strictly controlled in well-being of other guests.
- The rooms open to a football pitch. Be mindful that your morning might include a complimentary wake up call of the football practices/matches overhead speakers and pump up music! I am an early bird and didn’t mind this at all, but if you plan to sleep in—just check the schedule for the field.

We had high hopes for this hotel, but our experience was far from what we expected. Several issues significantly affected our comfort and overall impression:- The spa was out of order during our entire stay – something that was never communicated in advance, even though it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel.- Our room door had no lock, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable.- The hallways were extremely noisy, especially at night, making it difficult to get proper rest.We raised some of our concerns during our stay and later sent a follow-up email to request a partial refund, given the number and seriousness of the problems. Unfortunately, we never received a response to our last email. This hotel could have potential, but the lack of transparency, basic security, and care for guests’ comfort left us very disappointed. We would not return and cannot recommend it in its current state.
Staff were very friendly and professional. Room was very nice, spacious, clean, very comfortable bed and a nice and clean bathroom. All you need for a stay away from home. Parking was free!
Nothing, all was simply great!
Very clean. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Good bed.
Very basic and small room. Dated bathroom. No lock on the door. No view.
Distance from my office
Service is unacceptable. 190€ a night and there is not even a waiter/waitress who can give a drink or snack, you are just sent to a vending machine, which does not even have receipt.
We combined visiting Sint Truiden with a STVV home game and the location of the hotel in the stadium is perfect for attending the football game,The hotel is only a ten minutes walk from the train station,The rooms were modern and clean,The price was good value,The staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival
The room was too hot with windows that don't open and air conditioning that didn't work,We ordered a double room but received two separate beds that would always part,Our booking had spa access included but the spa was out of use on our visit which we were very disappointed about,Due to there being a football match on the day of our visit our room was only accessible by taking two separate lifts virtually taking a full tour of the stand which was quite exhausting and quite intimidating as we passed club executives just to get to our room, The distance from the city centre was a bit far
Great location. The hotel is built into the SSTV football stadium and we were going to the match so was ideal. Only a 20 minute walk to the lovely town centre.
We would have liked breakfast but €19 each was pretty expensive.
App promised twin beds but we got one queen size bed, no other rooms available since they were "still dirty from last night". Shared the bed with my dad, no biggy. The pillows were dirty with a stranger's hair sticking on them. Staff was very friendly though, but the infrastructure is generally low value and poorly maintained.
The room was very nice and clean. I had a pleasant balcony view overlooking the stadium, which was a new experience for me. The hotel restaurant was excellent; I enjoyed the great service in the evening and the delicious food.Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but overall it was also very good too.
The WiFi in the room was very poor. I was on a business trip and needed to check emails or do video calls in the evening, but the bad connection made this difficult.Additionally, a larger selection of TV channels or maybe the availability of Netflix would have been nice.
Never again
Totally inflexible, after a long trip no Room at 14:00.Reception did not try to change the assigned Room to one already ready.Had to wait until 15:00. Bathroom without a real Shower.
Well located / convenient parking Friendly reception staff
It’s a bit of a maze to find your way fromParking lot via stairs or elevator to reception desk, then another staircase or other elevator to level 1 to walk down a long corridor in order to take yet another elevator to get to rooms level.
spacy rooms but equipped rather cold, modern bathroom, private parking, good wifi, calm area, jogging close by
only on average breakfast and too expensive for the money
Bed was fine
The kettle in the room was a complete disaster. The lead on kettle was not good. Firstly the lead of kettle wasnt long enough to plug into socket when it was on the table. To get over this problem I used the kettle on side drawer next bed. Once the kettle finished boiling the water I went over to pick it up to pour water into cup to make tea. It wouldnt out of the holder hence why I ended spilling hot water onto the floor and onto my right hand. I burnt the back of my right hand with hot boiling coming into contact with it. I rushed into bathroom and let the cold water from tap run onto my hand to cool the burn. This wouldnt had happened if the kettle lead was long enough plus the kettle was able to come out of holder. I had a uncomfortable hand for a couple of days and it will take a couple weeks now to fully heal. I was to play DMT snooker open on morning I burnt my hand and it was not good circumstances to prepare for a snooker tournament.
Good location, nice room, friendly staff, nice view on the field
Because it's in the football stadium you have to pass all the closed bars (only open during football matches I presume) to get to your room. The hallways and stairs remind you that it's a football stadium more than a hotel. Would have loved a separate shampoo and bodywash for the shower/bath instead of an all in one. Also no mini fridge in the room.
Good value for money and restaurant is excellent
Great breakfast but too expensive.
Very friendly reception and comfortable amenities. Especially appreciated the possibility to make tea and coffee in the room! The view onto the stadium was a really nice extra!
Excellent Rooms, breakfast, staff, cleanliness
Location. À bit dead for a Saturday evening.
