This is the second time we have visited. The location is lovely. The staff are helpful. The food in the restaurant is excellent.

Beautiful location on the river. Restaurant was excellent.

Pillows were uncomfortable and lumpy. Rooms need to be updated. The hallway is very gloomy.

We enjoyed the location on the River along our Camino route. The young man (originally from Portugal) who helped us at the front desk and bar was very kind and helpful. We appreciate him taking time with us.

I could hear the woman in the room next door on her phone.

Spacious rom but a bit chilly, unwelcoming staff.

The rooms are quite cold even with the AC, they could look better after the building itself and pay closer attention to the outside, there was a dead pigeon just outside the restaurant. It had some weirrd bad smell right at the entrance. Very poor breakfast with very little choices and quantity.

The Position of course but that can’t carry the whole package. We also had an excellent meal in your restaurant.

Nowhere to sit comfortably in our room to relax and read. Just a hard desk chair in the room.

Had a nice room with view of the bridge. Liked the property and staff. it was a Sunday. we could only get a beer or a soda from bar.Really should have been able to get a glass of wine.Bteakfast- very good.

No bar service. Had to go back into central village for a glass of wine (and also dinner)

Loved the location, staff and the restaurant. We stayed one night and it was awesome. The bar overlooking the river is amazing.

Super location on the river and our to had a lovely view of the Napoleon Bridge. Comfy bed, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

The reception staff were a disgrace to hospitality. Would not book a restaurant for me for two days time to help as I don’t speak French. No iron. Tried to charge for me my room that was ALREADY PAID. I waited 10 minutes to be served at reception. Rude. Bad management

Excellent location in very attractive town

A la carte menu for dinner had poor choice. The menu du marche was very disappointing.

Quiet location, easy parking and great ambience.

Under parking, it said “no parking available” and I was surprised because I was here last year. I rang the hotel and Angelo answered and he secured a parking spot and a room with a river view for me. What an enterprising employee !

The staff was very helpful. I forgot a bag in the room and they offered to send it to me via mail. Thank you once again.
