The food in the restaurant is good. It's not a huge menu but the ingredients are all local and the quality is high.

The wifi is a pain. It takes several minutes before it connects properly, and isn't that fast. I did manage to have an online meeting, but YouTube buffers quite often.

Breakfast is delicious, with Bavarian sausages. Everything you should normally have for breakfast. The fruit salad was stale. I like it better when you make your own coffee. The location is great, in the historic city center.

It was +35 outside and about the same in the room. There is no air conditioning, so we had to open the window. There is also no mosquito net and in the morning, of course, we were bitten by mosquitoes. And since the hotel is surrounded by restaurants, it's a little noisy before the restaurants close.

Great location, the city is a heaven on earth. Friendly and servant staff. Very goog breackfast.

Everything went very well, even though the area had just been hit by major flooding, but you wouldn't have guessed it from the smooth running of the hotel and restaurant! The breakfast at Gasthof Diem is extremely good and even includes the option to have Weisswurst mit Brezn ... and if you can, you should also have lunch or dinner there. If the weather cooperates, you can sit in the Biergarten across the street ... And don't forget to check out the offerings in the store next door and if you can, take some home to enjoy ...

Nothing - it was truly amazing how little you noticed that you were in the middle of a major flooding event.

Excellent service and like a home atmosphere in the restaurant and lobby.

The mattress was too soft and room too small.

Breakfast was good and the location was good.

Seperate beds even though we payed and selected one bed. They charged us for our dogs even though on the site it doesn’t say anything about paying extra. I checked again to be sure, there is nothing about extra fee on their Booking site. Room was super small, you can hear everything all night, because walls were very thin. So we didn’t sleep at all. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, we found stuff on the floors. Overall experience was pretty bad, because we overpayed for what we got.

The food was excellent, especially the focus on quality and local produce. The staff were very pleasant.

Our room was OK, but the bathroom was not good. There is no proper shower in room 18, just a bath with a shower hose in the middle and no shower curtain. We challenge the owners to shower in that room!

In German I asked the lady in the restaurant part of the complex where the check-in desk was. She wouldn't answer and turned her back on me. Luckily a really nice young girl was helping her & she told me it was next door. I thanked her & went to the other door. When checking in I told the man that the first lady wasn't very helpful. He laid into me about that. Said that in Germany they don't complain about someone and to do that in my own country. WOW. It was really unbelievable since the restaurant & hotel are next to each other. This was a first.

Check in met with very friendly cheerful gentleman, whom we presume was owner/manager. Our car park space was reserved with our name on it, which was a nice touch. We were in a room in a separate building from the main hotel which was fine. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast had ample selection and was very good.

The cheerful boss is let down by some of his grumpy staff! Maybe lost in translation? "Wo, Wo!!?"The room had no Air conditioning which meant the room was very warm, leading to unpleasant nights sleep. The shower was of the type I used when I was a child. Connected to the taps so you had to sit in the bath to shower.

The location is not far from Legoland that we came to visit. There is a parking on the property. Breakfast is very nice!

Very nice venue with great bar and restaurant within the premises. Also great breakfast included.

We had one of the few rooms which are in the basement. Room was clean and tidy however it smelt mouldy. Slight disappointment however we were just staying the night for a stopover. Kids loved the double bunk bed. I must say that considering the rest of the venue this comment is room specific and not representative for rooms on over floors.Restaurant, bar and breakfast are great! Would stay again only in a different room.

Room was clean. And the Service very friendly. The breakfast was included in the price and there was a large Buffet to choose from. Food was great

Room was directly on the street and rather loud although its not a Main road, so we couldn't sleep with the windows open by 30 degrees

Excellent position. Just a few steps from the old city center. Very clean. Excellent breakfast!
