Pros +
- Friendly, comfortable and highly practical for skiing.
- A family run hotel where it’s clear they take great pride and pleasure in running their hotel. It’s a ski in- ski out location, the location, it was a little away from the town and was so quiet, we have never slept well so well in a hotel. The decor was with traditional and modern facilities and the staff attentive.
- Great location, excellent food and service.
Cons -
- Little cramped at dinner time.
- A little bit more information beforehand would be good on arriving by car, where to park and electric vehicle charging options.
- It was very warm! I like the warm, especially in a ski resort but it was t-shirt weather inside the property at all times and the rooms were warm at night too

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were spacious and clean with fresh turnover every day and the location was amazing

Great staff, wonderful food, good location.
There’s a wonderful pool and I was expecting a sauna as well, but it was not working on the day I visited the pool.
Lovely staff, great food, nice atmosphere, spotless rooms, lovely pool, ski in/out. The location is amazing and right on the slopes. We took a taxi from Innsbruck Airport (highly recommend).
Location amazing, a lovely cosy hotel. We didn’t want to leave
The pillows
Everything was as nice as advertised, suprisingly good music in the lobby was a bonus :)
Frequent lack of clean water cups in the wellness area which is easy to fix.
Beautiful and cozy family-ran hotel, super clean, very nice staff, good food and right on the slopes.
the staff were very friendly and the ski in ski out location was good if a little quiet
it’s quite remote
The property is in an amazing location. The view and balcony from your room is straight out onto the slopes. The rooms and facilities are modern and well equipped. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful if they tried. Food and drinks are excellent and service is flawless. You won’t want for anything. Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in.
Amazing location, staff and I must hightlight: the food! Will come again !
Excellent food and very attentive and accommodating staff. Everyone very friendly and good relaxation facilities. Ski in and out is a wonderful facility although the access run to the hotel in the evening was very risky due to the number of people.
We were disappointed that there was no massage availability as this is one of the main criteria on which we choose hotels and it had been offered at the time of booking. However the hotel did advise that this had been as a result of the lockdown at the start of the season and had been unable to recruit a replacement masseur.
Nice location if you are looking for quit and remote. nice people and basically all you need is there.
compared to the high price you pay it’s not worth it in my humble opinion.it’s in the details, they are just not that great. junior suite is a bit older and quit dark. fine but not great. breakfast starts way to late ( 8am) so everybody is urging to go in because they want to ski. I just don’t understand that, please open breakfast at 7:00 of 7:30. there is only 1 coffee machine in the breakfast area so big lines to get a cup. why not place a 2nd machine ? for a room full of people it just is not enough. breakfast is ok but could be more diverse diner was great. fitness area is small and, as example, no water available. have you ever been to a gym without water ? also in the rooms, first night there is a Boyle of water and 2 glasses. great but that’s it. no more water after the first night and no more fresh glasses, just the ones you got at day 1. I think it’s the details that are off. and if you pay 400 a night, you do expect that to be better.
I have skied at 101 different ski resorts around the world this was the best location EVER!!
I’m not crazy about the “half or full board” food/meal system in The European resorts. I like to try different places. So I wish the package plan did not include that.
Breakfast was great, plenty of options.
Great location and hospitality!
