    Pros +

    • Friendly staff, good size rooms, the hotel has a lot of amenities.
    • Everything was great, food, staff, beauty of surrounding landscapes. But if you are a solo traveler with a bike, pack a good pair of legs as the hotel is after a very steep climb.
    • The place is really good. They have a swimming pool which was nice! Also the staff is friendly and the food was great. I enjoyed it a lot there!

    Cons -

    • On the other side of the valley, if you ski at Fiss Ladis it's is a bit of a hike.
    • The only minus side was the quite high dog fee, but otherwise I liked everything. ?
    • Our room faced the building at the side, so no view at all, fine, not a big deal. The prices in the bar menu were incorrect, we were charged more then we should have been but were given so much attitude when we pointed it out, we weren't bothered about the few euros but were upset with how we were spoken to. Claudia on reception shouldn't really be doing a job where she has to deal with customers, her way was shocking. The food - breakfast and dinner was lovelessly prepared and sub par. We went there because it was an extremely well priced half board night away, but honestly it wasn't worth the effort to go there.. The decor feels dated throughout, even the refurbished areas. Overall, i would say the staff are not happy or joyful at all and that is felt in the whole place - so overall not great. No hair dryer in the room. Not a 4 star. But still we had a nice enough time.

Excellent location (just a short walk from the ski slopes), excellent breakfast buffet and choice of dinner from the menu, fabulous spa - separate children's sauna and separate adults' sauna, animation programs for children.

Max on the front desk was a nice guy. Our 8yr old son really loved our night there, he enjoyed the pool and the kids play room. We enjoyed playing table tennis. The spa area was fairly decent. The hotel has a beautiful mountain range view in front of it.

Our room faced the building at the side, so no view at all, fine, not a big deal. One of the best hotels I have been! Unbelievable price quality. Not new but clean and funtionable. Junior suite with views! Wellness and saunas, pool and Finnish sauna! Nice dinner and cosy bar. So good breakfast! This place is a hidden gem!!

    Everything was just perfect!

It was a super pleasant week. The staff are always helpful. The place is fantastic for winter activities, you have everything practically on the hotel's doorstep. A few minutes and you are already on the ski lift. Good accommodation and good internet connection. Great value for money.

The following considerations are not related to the quality of the hotel's service but rather to the attitude of some guests. As it is a family hotel, you will naturally see a lot of children. The problem is that some parents think that the Hotel is responsible for taking care of them and end up leaving them alone running and screaming in the common areas (for example Restaurant & Bar) of the Hotel. Parents must be reminded at check-in that the hotel does not have a babysitter and has an exclusive area for children to play.We noticed that some dog owners, late at night, use the back door (2nd floor) to take their dog out to urinate and defecate. As it snowed at night, the next day we went for a walk in the morning and went out the back door and our son stepped in some dog shit right on the front steps. Since it had snowed, it wasn't noticeable.

We arrived at the hotel late, past dinner time. The manager kindly saved some hot food, which was delicious. The manager also contacted us prior to that afternoon to find out our whereabouts and assured us they would provide hot food. We are genuinely grateful for that gesture.

Great location to explore the mountains.Had a nice Spa, but the Adults only section is only open a few days a week, so we missed this experience.Don’t go if you have no experience of noisy children running around. Luckly, we have had kids, so we were slightly immune to this.

As a 'Kid's friendly hotel' it was full of young children as expected. However, with no supervision in the pool area, it was very noisy, kids jumping in the pool and running around, so as a couple trying to enjoy the pool, it didn’t work for us.The pool floors are tiled and very slippery everywhere and with no handrails for the steps, getting around was tricky. The food wasn't great, it was a buffet style, but you order your main dish the day before which is served.Deserts were very basic and they had some special deserts that were reserved for children only!

Picturesque view. Family orientated hotel. Indeed, many activities for your kids. Generally clean. Rich and delicious buffet breakfast and dinner (soup and salad-bar, main dish of your choice plus dessert). Special kids menu. The personnel was very friendly and positive.

The swimming pool was overcrowded with kids and teenagers without any control, and the water seemed not to be clean at the end of the day. There is a house construction work nearby, which starts before 7 am. We heard all noises and voices of workers. In the meantime, breakfast is offered only from 8 am. These are minor issues and all in all it is a good hotel to stay in with your kids.

Stunning location with great views. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. The food was good too.

I think the WiFi is a bit poor. Other than that I can not fault the property.

Menu dinner on the first day was good.Staff in the restaurant and Kidsclub were super nice.Rooms were bit small but ok.

Disappointed because the sauna is shut down on saturdays and other days it is on only from 16pm and we booked from friday to sunday. The problem was that opening hours of facilities were not clearly stated when we booked. Only on their website the opening hours of facilities like kidsclub, swimming pool and Sauna were written in small sentences and not clearly declared. So on our stay we could not enjoy sauna at all. The reception and even the manageress were not really friendly, incompassionate and not helpful at all. Upon request the manageress did agree on using the facilites after checkout, but restriction was that we could not have the bathrobes or towels from the rooms. Which meant, we would have no towels until 16pm that day the Sauna opens!! Really not courteous at all.One evening was buffet in the restaurant, which overall was lacking. The dishes were tasteless.
