Room was comfortable with comfortable beds, and a nice chair. Room had a large balcony facing the main road. Very friendly and helpful staff member at checkin.

We were very pleased with the hotel. It was clean, well-organized, and beautifully designed. The view was stunning. The service was fantastic. One of the best hotels we've stayed at.The breakfast was truly excellent and rich in variety. The hotel’s restaurant is also very good —We had dinner there, and it was absolutely delicious.
The flow of the hot water was relatively weak.
Location was excellent for an early start on Grossglockner. The surroundings were great. There is a cute waterfall 10 min walk from the hotel. The ping pong table was a bonus. We have not used the restaurant on site, so I cannot comment on it. However it was packed when we got there at night.
Parking was a little bit confusing at first. There were no spaces in front of the hotel. We were guided to use the public parking behind the bank across the street. That was good, there were enough free spaces and was free.
Great location at the bottom of the pass. Friendly staff, nice choice at breakfast.
My room was next to the sign which stayed on all night, so not fully dark.
The choice of breakfast items and the care that went into presentation of the food was superbParking was good, rooms very good with a fabulous viewI would love to return.
Due to adverse weather we left for safetyThe snow had limited exploring the area.
The breakfast was extremely good, very pleasent surprise. Lots of options, both sweet and savory.
The room was a bit basic
Great staff and great breakfast. Super place to stay if you want to go in the morning on the Grossglogner Alpen Straße.
The rooms were exceptionally clean, especially the bathroom, which looked brand new. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. I also loved the beautiful view from my window. Additionally, the hotel has a private parking lot, which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Nice place, very good beds and breakfast. Didn’t eat dinner, but people were coming from outside, so next time i will also eat there. Great support from the staff when needed. Thank You!
Very nice staff. Good restaurant with wide selection of evening meals and breakfast. Great location for getting onto the Grossglocknerstrasse. Excellent hotel within its category.
Breakfast variety was really the best I’ve seen on my trip through Europe though probably wasted on me as I was still full from the excellent dinner the previous night.Stefan the restaurant manager was an enthusiastic asset to the hotel, nothing was an issue & he is a credit to any establishment.
Booking.com indicate that half board is available for an extra cost when breakfast included option is selected but unfortunately the staff appeared to be unaware of this. Food was excellent but misleading info for travellers.
Great location for the Grossglockner. Good size room that was very clean. Amazing breakfast included. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast had a good choice, both hot and cold foods were available. Unlimited coffee from the machines and it was decent coffee. Stefan the waiter was really helpful and very friendly. Food in the evening was really good. The location of the hotel, approximatly 6 miles from the Glockglostner, with safe parking for motorcyles was excellent. Rooms were very nice
I was happy with every aspect of the hotel
Very nice and cosy hotel to stay before passing Grossglockner Aplian road. They also have a restaurant which was very convenient for us coming late and during the big rain. Our room was big, very clean, nice bathroom and we also have a balcony. Breakfast had good variaty. Staff was helpfull and polite. Free parking place. I would strongly recommend it.
Can not find anything to complain.

The staff was super friendly and professional, we had a comfortable room and a very nice stay.
The room for 4 was divided into two rooms, with a desk and chair and another lounging chair. The balcony was nice too.
The bathroom was a little cramped.
Perfect location to start a bike ride to Glockner Hochalpenstraße, very flexible to get breakfast early and have a late checkout to be able to shower after the bike ride.
