    Pros +

    • The staff was very friendly and best of all, the place was nestled in a quiet valley away from the big tourist groups that plague many larger cities. The room was also comfortable, clean and updated.

    Cons -

    • We liked everything.
    • Very small saunaNo boot heating in the ski room
    • I was expecting split beds but it was one king size, there was not enough room for my boots in the storage room, so, do not look for it if you are late. It would be good to somehow have ability to dry the clothes, which I did not see in the room, not sure how people are managing that if staying for longer time period. There is no restaurant per say in the facilities, but there is a bar and you can get breakfast and buffe type dinner.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The staff were fantastic and helpful, the room was spacious enough, the beds were comfortable, the view was lovely, and parking in front of the guesthouse was convenient. I would say it is great value for the money. Nearby we found really great restaurant with the lovely stuff members, that was unforgettable experience.

I was expecting far less than what I got with this small guesthouse. It is humble but offers exactly what you need for a short stay. Beds, pillows and duvet were great. Breakfast was super, it also had a waffle maker. And the price was unbeatable.

Very simple and easy check-in, comfortable beds, very good breakfast, the children found suitable food. We recommend!

Breakfast was good and the evening meal was delicious .We snowboarded at ischgl and it was a 1hr drive plus a €11 toll.

    Pillows were flat

The family room has really a decent size, it was confortable and clean. The hotel is fine and really close to the parking if you want to ski (3min drive). You could even take the bus which is stopping in front of the hotel or walk there in around 10min.The staff were friendly and the check-in/out were quite fast.

Don’t expect a very typical Austrian hotel nicely decorated with a warm atmosphere. Of course the high price had no relation with the overall offering but we were there during the busiest week of the year…

The owner was very friendly and the breakfast was great

Our room was over 150m from hotel in a different building so couldn’t easily access hotel facilities and the room was dated and no usual hotel facilities (no housekeeping…).

The meal in the evening was brilliant. I had Käse Spergle and it was delicious. Breakfast was good too, with lots of choice and plenty to fill up on before setting off to cycle over the Alps. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

    I liked everything.

    Good location.

Check in was challenging as no staff on reception and we were located in an annexe. Bar not open until 5.00pm

The owner was friendly. The room was clean.

Firstly, the hotel absolutely was not typically Austrian. Perhaps from the exterior, but inside it felt more like a hotel that was renovated by foreigners who have no idea of the austrian feeling that tourists are looking for. It felt cheap, underdressed and forced. My travel partner described it very well; a pop-up store feeling. As if it was made in a day and ready to be removed from the surface of the earth the next. The hotel was noisy, children running and screaming through the hotel at 22:30 without anyone from the hotel correcting them. People shouting, running, stomping the walls. Also, the walls were thin as air, which allowed the neighbours to wake us up several times throughout the night. The dinner was a typical example of misinterpretation of Austrian food. Breakfast felt very unnatrual, everything felt cheap and forced, the space was too small, had no atmosphere, etc. I have never felt this uncomfortable in a hotel, ever. The staff wasn't very nice, grim faces, no initiative, not receptive, felt untrained. I felt like I was in my local Döner place. I am Austrian myself, but living abroad. I spend my time in Austrian hotels/Zimmerfrei/B&Bs at least 3x per year, but have never witnessed this. Also, I have never paid more for 1 night in a hotel than this in Austria. Conclusion: very happy to be home and never coming back.

Rooms and breakfast were good. The personal were rude andnot helpful. I cut my finger really bad (had stitch) and io blead a lot. We asked the manager in the reception if we had any band-aid cause I cut myself and were bleading a lot. He dodnt even lift his ass from the chair, he found a cloth next to him that we got. They had no first aid kit what so ever or dont even band-aids. When we checked out he didnt even asked how the stay was, didnt even say god bye just too kthe keys...

    The personal and the treatment.

Nice size of room for 3. Breakfast served as a nice large buffet with plenty of choices. Dinner this evening served as a 4 course meal with drinks including. Food was very good.

Breakfast was very good. Room was comfortable.

Elevator not working (room on 4th floor). Wifi works only up to first floor so it was unusable in our room. We needed to go down to reception to use it.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Delicious Food in the Restaurant

    A little louder than expected.

Very good breakfast, dinner is ok, but could be better. Location is good near the Sonnenkopf ski resort, which is really cool place for family. Not far from St. Anton and Ski Arlberg areal, like 20 minutes to Lech. Sauna is really nice place to spend couple of ours after skiing.

A la carte menu in restaurant is quite short and there is not many dishes for kids to choose from, only french fries and schnitzel. Rooms are quite noisy during night and not really clean. Facilities are quite old.
