- Equipment, service, security. There was nobody at the reception desk, almost never. The rooms didn't have even the basic equipment the four star hotels usually have. The ski room was available to basically anyone from the street, unlocked and unguarded all the time.
- The range of breakfast could be more extensive and the choice of coffee independent. Now the coffee is poured by the staff, there is no possibility to drink as much as you want.

Had the luck to stop there during a road trip for the New Year’s Eve. Everything was perfect, beautiful room and facilities, great dinner and breakfast. All the staff was fantastic.

It was excellent staying at the hotel! The staff was so kind and helpful. A delicious breakfast, great mountain view, convenient parking next to the hotel and amazing spa area made our vacation incredibly wonderful! I am absolutely sure to recommend this hotel to everyone!
