Pros +
- Beautiful location on the edge of the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff. Low key, informal. Wonderful breakfast.
- Beautiful building with lovely views over the lake. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and looked after us super well. The stand out element is the quality of the food - the restaurant is exceptional - definitely the best cuisine in the area by a country mile.
- Beautiful location, the hosts are amazing.Everything related to food is amazing. Breakfast was excellent, the restaurant is expensive but food in the highest level. Love it.
Cons -
- Whilst the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, we had 2 rooms with a ‘side lake view’ which we felt are a little compromised. The rooms directly facing the lake I’m sure would be magnificent but unfortunately were not available for us!
- The mattress could have been more comfortable and the room furnishings were minimal and basic.
