Set in Riomaggiore, in the Cinque Terre National Park, Hotel Villa Argentina is a 10-minute walk away from Riomaggiore Train Station. Rooms come with a satellite flat-screen TV and a private bathroom and Air conditioning. Some rooms have a small terrace overlooking the Ligurian Sea. Breakfast at Villa Argentina is buffet style, and can also be served in your room. Other villages of the Cinque Terre, such as Monterosso, are easily reached by boat or train. La Spezia is a 20-minute drive away.

If you have a car you can drive to this hotel and park for a day. Some of the rooms have balconies. There is also a shared terrace. Both balconies and terrace have distant water views over the town. Quiet and breezy.
This is a very quaint yet modern hotel. It's at the TOP of a steep hill, thus providing BREATHTAKING views!!! The staff was wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast was phenomenal! Best cappuccino we've ever had!!! The room was small, well laid out & co

Cons -

Minimum staff available minimum hours. Breakfast boring. Building is old, rooms cramped, but maybe that is Cinque Terre. Location is high up-quite a hike from town center and train, esp. when porting baggage.
The only caveat was walking up the hill, as we couldn't reach the hotel by phone for some reason. That was strenuous but the view made it worth the hike.
