Everyone was so nice and went out of their way to help with all our needs it was clean and quiet if possible will be returning

The hosts are very kind. The rooms were clean. There are places to eat very close by. There is an elevator.Breakfast was really great. Checkin was quick.

The hotel host was super friendly, the hotel is next to an aquatic center, the town is very pretty, and the view from the hotel is spectacular.I was surprised to find this gem in the middle of the mountains.Gracias Andreas.

The owners were incredibly kind. When I pointed out that the safe wasn't functioning they moved me into a larger room at no additional cost. Breakfast was excellent.

I slept on the roadside in front of the hotel. Some traffic noise in the morning but nothing major.

Rooms were nice and spacious. Some of us had a beautiful balcony view of the mountains. On request, they also provided us with gluten-free, lactose-free and egg-free products for breakfast. We really appreciated it. The lady at the breakfast was very nice.

Very friendly staff. The room was super clean, comfortable, warm and had a beautiful view from the balcony. The location is very good, in the center and close to the slope. The sauna is an asset!

The village was amazing, our host helped us with the parking, he gave us extra blankets and the breakfast was very tasty. The room was very clean and the view in the morning was extraordinary.

Don’t choose it .

The bed wasn’t comfortable ,the room service is bad ,they didn’t clean the room they just changed the towels .the breakfast isn’t fresh ,the cake was rotten .I ate a bite from it then I notice that the cake is bad ,if I didn’t notice maybe I may poisoned .

Very happy with accommodation of owners Andreas and his wife. They were super friendly and helpful with any question we had. We booked room for one night thinking we will travel and stay closer to our other destination, but we returned every night and stayed 3 nights.Breakfast and his restaurant was very good, hotel is clean and cozy. Sauna was a plus. When traveling to Austrian Alps next time, will not look anywhere else, will definitely return.

Every things, location was very good ,you can reach the attraction nearby, Andreas and his wife were lovely and very helpful.

Bad smell from the kitchen

Room size was good enough. Comfortable bed is a must have.

No AC in room.of course I knew it while booking the room, but these days it is an important option.

The staff at the hotel really make you feel comfortable-- they are very personable. They accommodated us with food, sometimes at short notice as we did not expect so many other restaurants to not be serving during this Pandemic period. There was a wonderful view from the balcony of the room. The internet worked and parking was convenient.
