Fiocco di Neve Relais & SPA is located in the center of Limone Piemonte, one of the most renowned ski resorts in the Piedmontese Alps, and just 2297 feet from the ski elevators of the Riserva Bianca ski area (free shuttle bus service from the hotel). Staff courtesy, restaurant, cleaning, breakfast, SPA staff very professional and helpful. Souranded by shops and restaurants, great location.
Suite and restaurant are outside the main building. TV was not working well. One morning the cleaning did not happen.SPA is quite little, only jacuzzi no swimming pool.

It was ridiculous nobody from Hotel contact me and tell me that the road is closed to the valley, I was driving 4 1/2 hours. To see that the end of the road for 5 km is closed. I have no other possibility and drive another five hours back home, It was my worst experience in Limone P Monte
Location good and on demand ski shuttle.Breakfasts were good and the breakfast manager Raphael was charming with excellent customer service - an asset to the hotel. On his day off the service was chaotic.
The room was dark and the lighting terrible. In addition I reserved a room with a bath and there wasn’t one, the bathroom was tiny

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our suite was exquisite with a beautiful view off of the terrace.
The thermostat in the room was extremely difficult to operate, and at times the room was very hot.
