You will need to provide valid credit card details over the phone for pre-payment and a AUD 150 credit card pre-authorization to cover any incidental charges. Please be advised that there is no housekeeping service available on Sundays or public holidays. If you require fresh towels or your bins to be emptied on these days please contact reception during opening hours and they will be happy to fulfill your request. Please be advised that we operate primarily as a function center, so there may be music from functions downstairs up until midnight (generally on Saturdays). While we do our best to keep noise levels to a minimum, we cannot guarantee this and therefore do not offer any refunds or compensation due to any noise complaints from our functions.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of AUD 180.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
